Amazing view of the sea. conveniently located accommodation, beach, restaurants and convenience store nearby. Access to the city center in 7 minutes by car.

Very good place and a super nice host

We would not hesitate to recommend this unique place. We stayed a week and enjoyed the local Marina, St Raphael, Agay, Frejus, and St Tropez (by boat from Saint Maxime, thanks Marie Paule for the great advice!). The weather was HOT every day so the aircon and the little pool in the garden was great. All in all a perfect and very happy stay. Thank you Marie Paule and Jean Claude, you are wonderful hosts. I was looking for a unique place to invite my best partners for our seminar. The house allows for true hotel independence and moments of sharing and work. The view of the bay is simply beautiful and the house very nice. Therese was very responsive and always attentive. The proximity to the sea and trails is a real plus. A great experience!

Marie-Laure was very responsive & helpful from point of enquiry. The pictures and description of Villa are accurate. The Villa is finished to a very high standard, with stunning views and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay are provided. Mattresses & bedding are of a high quality. Spotlessly clean. Barbara provided a great welcome. Pool was lovely and lots of loungers and very comfortable chairs positioned so you can choose between sun and shade. Beach very close, with delicious crepes and beach bars within a few minutes walk. SPA shop and bakery within walking distance. All in all we had a fabulous stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. We had a great time at Alain and his wife's place. Their house is beautiful and perfectly maintained with many amenities (weber barbecue, games room, etc.). The hosts are charming, available while remaining very discreet. The pool is a real gem, ideal for relaxing. And what to say about Sky, their adorable border collie, who added a nice dose of good humor to our stay! We would recommend this place without a second thought. ☺️

The villa was perfect - it was beautiful (exactly like the photos), well equip with everything we needed, great location (we loved Saint maxime but also equally easy to get an uber to St Tropez). Herve and Nathalie were very responsive and flexible with check in times. Couldn’t recommend more!

Fantastic accommodation with magical views. Nice pool, which was very good for the kids. Quick communication with the host Florence, when we had questions or concerns. The accommodation definitely met our expectations. A car was required to get everywhere (at least if you have children), and the village is cozy with a few different beaches and restaurants. The cleaning was not 100% when we arrived, so the cleaning lady had to come back the next day (which the host solved very quickly and well). And that we had some problems with the electricity, which affected the AC, but it also resolved during the week. As I said, we are very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend the accommodation, the location and the host.

We had a great holiday in the house. It is very comfortably furnished and clean. We didn't miss anything. The location was also very good. You can walk to the beach and Port Grimaud without any problems. The pool and outdoor area are also very nice. However, it is less suitable for small children, as the artificial turf becomes very hot. The contact with Rodolphe and his team went smoothly. They were very friendly and helpful. We can recommend the house and would love to vacation there again at any time.

Our stay was a complete success! The location is very quiet and ideal for relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, so we could sleep wonderfully. The pool was a real highlight: large, refreshing and perfect for cooling off on warm days. The house itself is spacious and very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine…) with a large plot around it. The walk into town is quite steep, but doable. In about 20 minutes you are in the center of the beautiful village of Le Lavandou, where there are many great restaurants. Particularly noteworthy is Christine, who was quickly reachable at any time and immediately took care of everything. Merci beaucoup!

Nice house, benefiting from a very good location. The garden, the swimming pool as well as the terrace with magnificent views of the sea and the wooded landscapes of the Valmer cross are particularly exotic and allow you to feel immediately on vacation. Very invested host and eager to offer the best stay to her tenants.

Excellent location with amazing views. Alena was very quick to reply and help us a lot. It was a pleasure to spend four days in such a beautiful villa. Clean, quiet and lovely. Love the amazing pool so so much. Would choose to stay here again on my next trip!

We had a great stay! The view of the sea is magnificent. Everything was thought of in the accommodation, nothing was missing. Several beautiful swimming spots are within walking distance. The connection by bus to Toulon works great, so we could leave the car. Communication with Anne and Bruna was great and very friendly. Everything great!

Unforgettable stay at Bruno’s beautiful property. It was perfect for my sister and I. The property grounds are incredibly well done and maintained. While it’s in Bruno’s primary residence the Airbnb space is so private and secluded. We felt like we were in our own private oasis. Bruno and his wife were so lovely and gave great recommendations. It’s an easy walk to one of the best beach clubs and restaurants in Saint Tropez. We cannot wait to return 🤍

Very beautiful house with great views and pool. There are 3 bedrooms and an annex which worked really well for us. We also enjoyed the tennis courts and the beach which is very close. Can only highly recommend the house and Carine was very accommodating and always quick to respond.

We stayed for a week in April. Very good bedding and very clean cleaning. The beach is accessible on foot as well as Les Halles where there are good products. The house is close to a busy road, the main one but far enough away not to be immediately dangerous for children. The outside is pleasant thanks to the plancha and sunbed equipment.

We had a magical time here! The home is beautiful with spectacular views, quirky charm, a spacious terrace with an ocean breeze and shady spots to relax. We took advantage of the water toys and access to the sea with my adventurous 5-year-old. Who had the best time. The hosts were kind and welcoming and accommodated us with essentials for our baby. We had everything we needed. This was such a special trip and memory for us. We would love to come back. Merci! 🙏

Alexia’s home was absolutely beautiful and equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay! The house was spotlessly clean, modern, and in a quiet location only minutes from the beach and town. It was the perfect space for 4 adults. We enjoyed relaxing outside, in the pool, and cooking in the kitchen. Alexia was so kind and available constantly to answer any of our questions and concerns. She went above and beyond to help us with any issues and to make our stay as wonderful as possible.

Great accommodation for sharing family moments out of season in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Very nice view of the sea from the terrace. Well-decorated apartment. Parking spaces more on the port, not really in the street, but only 3 min walk. An electric vehicle charging station on the port 8 min walk.
