Ottagarden in beautiful Velsvik . Volda Municipality

The farm is located in Velsvik, a charming older house close to the sea with old timber walls in the living room. You have the house to yourself, but live on the first floor. Lovely view of the fjord and mountains. You dispose of the garden yourself around the house. 200 meters down to the sea, and the mountain is right behind if you want to go for a trip. Villa Milla is a memorable house with an attached outhouse, which is rented on Kvamsøy in Sande municipality, Sunnmøre. The house was built in 1920 and completely renovated in 2015. The house is renovated with the aim of keeping the original style. The main house has two living rooms, kitchen, as well as two bedrooms for rent. In the main house itself there are four beds and a baby bed. In the outhouse there are 2 beds. The house is equipped with everything one might need for a pleasant holiday. The house is rented with bikes.

Lovely cottage with fantastic views on Larsnes, bull and shoreline. An excellent holiday home by the sea over 2 floors, with living room, kitchen and bathroom on the 1st floor and bedroom on the 2nd floor. Good large terraces on the patio with great sunny conditions. A short distance to the center of Larsen. Many trips in the immediate area, and a short drive to both Ulsteinvik, Herøy and Ørsta/Volda surrounded by the Sunnmøre Alps. Kayaking and bike rental are included in the price.

The house is well kept and used by us regulary. The main porch is ca 100m2, with another one on the other side about 20m2. Innside the kitchen and bathroom is not new, but as the rest of the house well kept . Master bedrom and children room are newly renovated, as is parts of the porch. In the childrens room we have just put in a bunk bed for 3 person. Downstairs there is a washing room. Beach is straight down from the house with well trodden paths. House is non smoke/party.

A spacious outdoor deck features a dining table surrounded by white chairs and a comfortable seating area. A storage box is positioned nearby. The backdrop includes lush green hills under a cloudy sky, enhancing the tranquil outdoor setting.

Holiday home for rent with the possibility of fantastic nature experiences right outside the door. Many nice marked trails in the mountains, as well as fishing lakes. short roads to Stadlandet where you can visit Ervik and enjoy sunny days on white sandy beach out in the sea gap. Located on Skredestranda, about 3.5 km from Årvik ferry dock, in one quiet and peaceful area. Here you can relax and recharge. You might be lucky to see a flock of orcas in the fjord, or see eagles and deer. Rovdefjorden is a busy fjord for both big and small boats, also cruise ships going to/from Geiranger. The cottage is 20 m from the sea, there are good fishing opportunities (rod). Steep swamps and proximity. We have life jackets available
