During the fall of 2024, Wi-Fi has been plugged in, the plot widened, the front door is replaced, the broccles painted, the windows renovated. During late spring 2025, a terrace is built so the bridge gets bigger as well as parking is built with the possibility to charge an electric car. During early our lawn is also landscaped after autumn's widening of the plot. Close to most things in Rättvik, you can relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Experience Dalarna at its best with a beautiful view of Lake Siljan. Skiing close to the cabin.

Quiet location 400m to the lake , you can swim and fish with a cozy afternoon sun. Bicycles and boat are available to borrow. In case of snow access ski tracks outside the house, fiber, cromcast are available, Gesundaberget with great views, cycling and downhill Linens and towels for RENT SEK 200/person and departure cleaning SEK 750 for the large cabin . Warm welcome to our nice semi-detached house in top condition. Large deck and views towards nature by new area next to the Gubbmyren. Completely secluded. Nice cross-country tracks at Gubbmyren, within walking distance. Lindvallen's ski slopes and shops are 3 km, where there is a large Ica store, shops and restaurants. We rent to attentive people only. You should be over 25 years old, animal- and smoke free. No party gangs. Here the whole family gets space and can enjoy and hang out. Cost of departure cleaning applies.

I autumn, the trees show their full spectrum of colors and the darker evenings you spend in front of our cozy fireplace. In winter visit Bjursås Ski Center for nice downhill skiing & Sörskog for good cross-country skiing trails, or ice fish & skate on the lake outside the door.
