The house is located near the forest, next to the cottage there is a waterfall made of natural stone, a hot tub that heats up to 40 degrees, the hot tub works in winter, the hot tub works in the hot tub in winter and drink wine under the snow. Orthopedic mattresses and hypoallergenic pillows are provided, each guest is provided with toothbrush, towel, towel, shampoo, slippers. Kitchen is equipped with all the needed amenities. Near the house there is a comfortable chair sitting on which you can enjoy the views of the mountains and breathe the clean mountain air.

Have fun with the whole family in this unique and cozy space. This new two-story house features many large windows, a long balcony, beautiful forest and mountain views, and a large backyard with a swimming pool. It has three bedrooms, two separate living spaces, and two bathrooms. The main living room has an open-floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, and the enclosed parking space fits two-three cars.

The private house is located in the CENTER of Vanadzor The house has 2 bedrooms, one has two single beds(great for children or friends), the other has one double bed(suitable for couples). Each bedroom has its own wardrobe and nightstand. One large living area with dining table, sofa, armchairs and coffee table. Up to 6 people can sleep in the house. Very convenient for a FAMILY VACATION

The apartment is very close to the Kecharis church. The apartment was newly renovated in 2022. There is a double bed, as well as a sofa bed. All the amenities for a proper stay are provided.

It was a great place to stay and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating! Our stay was very last minute and they were very responsive! We would definitely recommend the place!

Good apartment on the first floor of the house (with a separate entrance), very close to the city center, a lot of local restaurants in a walking distance. Well furnished kitchen, the entire apartment looks exactly like in the photos. Host was very kind and responsive.

I think this platform was made for finding places that will truly feel like home. You can tell lots of love went into making Davit's place, and those are the best places to stay - the ones made for living, not for selling. Beautiful, warm, clean, convenient, and the right amount of nostalgic. Kurtan, though not very interesting on its own, is a great place to stay if you want to explore Lori or just escape the city noise for a few days. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet vacation.

Very clean, cozy, new furniture, dishes too. The only thing is if you come with children in winter - it can be chilly in the living room. When we reported that it was cool in the living room, we were immediately brought a heater. The staff are very customer oriented and helpful. Recommended to visit.

The house looked better than the pictures, the outdoor area is breathtaking and we've spent most of our time there. The house is big and had a lot of beds for larger groups of people (if necessary) Everything was clean and in order, had all the necessary supplies.

A new house, as if only after renovation. Each bedroom has its own shower/toilet, which is very convenient for the company. There is plenty to do outside - fire pit, pool, kitten with mom walking around. In general, everything is great, 5/5!

Narek and his family are wonderful hosts. His father, a very energetic, humble and loving person, took us around for sight seeing and offered very tasty home made local food, wine and vodka. The place was very quite and peaceful, with grapes, apple, pear, peach and other trees all around. For me it was like a once in a lifetime experience, an amazing Armenian hospitality. Would always be there again whenever I am around. I would recommend this property to all.

Very good apartment, freshly built. Everything necessary was in place. It's not too far from the ropeway. There is even a grocery store right in the building on the ground floor. Communication was flawless! Highly recommend!
