The penthouse is beautiful and better than what we had imagined. It has scenic views of the Halong and other islands. It is perfect for a group of upto six people and matches the description.

We loved our stay in Ha Long. The apartment is conveniently located, close to the water and walkable streets with cafés and restaurants. The apartment is clean and well equipped, our stay although short was very comfortable. Communications with the host were very easy and helpful. Would absolutely recommend and go back during our next visit in Ha Long.

I had the pleasure of staying at Minh’s apartment at Best Western Sapphire and was thoroughly impressed. The apartment was exactly as described — modern, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. Minh was an exceptional host, demonstrating excellent communication and genuine care throughout my stay. The location is also excellent, with many great coffee shops and restaurants nearby, all while being in a quieter area away from the more touristy parts of the city. Her responsiveness and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend Minh’s apartment to any future guests and would gladly stay again.

In general, the room is clean, the modest area is suitable for the house with children. 2 rooms all have a nice view. Hosts guide enthusiastically, handle the situation quickly. Will come back if Ha Long tourism

My family just had a good experience here, the place is quite far from places to play about 5-7km but in return the view is beautiful, the house is airy, the host is enthusiastic to help
