This is a ground floor apartment of 47 sq.m. at 19A Euripidou Street, 750 meters from Orestiada Central Square, about 10-12 minutes walk. It is newly constructed (January 2020). It has: 1 living room with kitchen, 1 wc with shower, 1 double bedroom, 1 small storage room with washing machine, TV, wifi and garden access. Guests enjoy a very quiet stay with comfortable parking. The owner live in the same building, on the first floor

Pretty good central location, close to the things to see. Good choice of places to eat, and the staff recommended a place that was excellent. Great breakfast every morning too.

Very nice space and clean. The instructions for accessing the space were very clear and helpful. I highly recommend it.

It could have been a little cleaner, the towels need to be changed urgently, there are a lot of things missing in the kitchen and bathroom.. (we had already taken everything with us, we didn't use it..) Mr. Tanju helps with everything, but this place is not suitable for this price..
