The place is amazing. As shown in the pictures. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay with a spectacular view. Marcela really stands out as a host, she is attentive and very kind, she even waited for my puppy with a little gift. I would 100% recommend. I would definitely come back.

Excellent place, very clean, tidy, with all the necessary amenities and services, not to mention the unparalleled beautiful view. The host Soledad is very kind, responsive and gives excellent recommendations for the area. In addition, we went with our one-year-old baby and Soledad set up the crib next to the bed (you can see that it is a new crib, excellent quality, with impeccable bedding and quality as well), she even left a gift for him in the crib. I would really recommend this place a thousand times and we will definitely be back.

Mariana is an excellent host, she guided us very well with everything and was always very kind in her recommendations. The view from the Loft is amazing, panoramic view of the plan and the sea in the background. The Loft is spacious and comfortable and the location is good as it is minutes from the beach. We'll be back for sure!

Amazing place in an incredible location with a breathtaking view. Pictures don’t do it justice. Juan was extremely responsive and helpful, including accommodating our need for early arrival and communicating in English instead of Spanish. We hope to come back someday!

This is truly a one of a kind unique place to stay in Valparaiso. The location is perfect, the neighborhood was funky with lots of small restaurants and boutiques nearby. Of course there was street art everywhere. We were a few blocks from a bakery and small market that we frequented multiple times. The house itself was a historic and beautifully maintained building. It was enormous, somehow even bigger than the pictures. There were lots of interesting old knickknacks throughout the house. The view from the upper room was beautiful. Pablo was a very gracious host and we were met by Cecelia who went out of her way to make us comfortable despite the language barrier. On top of it all we were met with a bottle of Chilean wine. Can’t recommend enough.

The beautiful, quiet and family-friendly condominium. The apartment is impeccable,everything perfectly clean, tidy and in excellent condition. Teresa is friendly and respectful of times, excellent hostess. I recommend it! Suitable for children, pets and seniors.

The apartment has an unbeatable view, very comfortable. If I had to give any recommendations, I would say that the TV was not very good and that to leave the apartment clean, it is necessary to have utensils for it. But overall everything was great. Highly recommended.

The apartment is very well equipped (with quality furniture) and was super clean. In addition, it is very well located, in the middle of Avenida del Mar. Communication with Jaime was very good, always willing to help. The information was very clear from the start. The only thing I would recommend (to improve) would be to change the curtains and install blackout ones, since at night the rooms were very bright because the apartment is on the first floor, and the lights of the condominium next door bothered you when you were sleeping. It will definitely be our first choice when we want to visit La Serena again. Thank you!
