Located in a residential neighborhood with transportation to the door to go to and from downtown Valparaíso and Viña del Mar, we are 15 blocks from the city's bus terminal.

My house has an important heritage value as it has 100 years but perfectly maintained, comfortable and cosy, with a wood warming stove, high ceilings, beautiful views of the whole bay and harbour. With two terraces, a kitchen totally implemented and beautiful views from kitchen and dining room. We don’t have this house for business. It’s our beautiful place to escape from stress which we rent when we don’t go.
