This apartment has stunning views of the confluence of the Pinhão River and the Douro River. It is surrounded by lemon and orange trees. The place is secluded but very relaxing. It's best to have a car to get there. Otherwise, you can take a taxi from the station or walk, but you have to walk at least 1 hour on steep streets.

We loved this studio (quite large anyway) perched on the heights with a GREAT VIEW Cecilia's jam, and their porto a delight I highly recommend it for a quiet stay and enjoy the region and its landscapes as it should be!

Loved it! The apartment was gorgeous, spacious, very clean and in the perfect location overseeing the Douro River. There are several great restaurants, grocery stores and wineries within walking distance. We had everything we needed and a few extras that made our stay even more special. The host was very responsive and checked in with us frequently. I didn’t want to leave!

They also gave us amazing local recommendations, especially for restaurants—we had some of our best meals thanks to their tips! On our trip to Portugal, the Douro Valley was the highlight of the trip from the storybook views to the spread of freshly picked cherries, homemade preserves and wine awaiting our arrival to the cleanliness and comforts of a beautiful home perched high up on the vineyard terraced hills. The game room was an incredible surprise - there are seven eighties arcade games along with a ping pong table, a foosball table and an infinity game with over 150 board games built into the table. The hospitality was second to none. Gabrella, the property manager, was one step ahead of us ensuring that we had everything we needed to make our stays one of the most memorable. Sephi, the owner, is one of the most generous people we have ever met. His passion for region and willingness to offer his time to you is amazing. We spent one morning touring his winery, learning the old way of making wine and enjoying the fruits of his labor – an extraordinary experience not a just another Air BnB.

This was one of the most breathtaking views I’ve ever had at an Airbnb. The scenery was stunning, and the setting felt wonderfully secluded yet still just 15 minutes from the nearest supermarket (via a charming, winding road). The house was very comfortable and included a lovely pool — a perfect spot to unwind and take in the beauty around. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway.

My 6-night stay was absolutely fantastic! The apartment itself is beautiful, was spotlessly clean, and truly had everything I could possibly need – it felt like a home away from home. The location is a real winner, with so many great restaurants, cozy cafes, and convenient markets just a short walk away. I especially appreciated the host's thoughtful suggestions for local spots to eat and get groceries; it really helped me settle in and explore the area like locals. And the views! Waking up to a lovely park view from the bedroom and enjoying the serene river view from the living room was a daily treat. On top of all that, our host was incredibly responsive and quickly answered any questions I had. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this gem!
