Perfectly located apartment in old town - with a gorgeous terrace to enjoy some peace outdoors. Simone was most helpful and kind with his instructions and brought me coffee for the moka when I asked was there any coffee. Excellent restaurants and bars nearby. It was a wonderful weekend medieval festival in Cortona - so memorable. Grazie

il posto è incantevole immerso nel bosco con una vista mozzafiato. ideale andare con i cani e bambini. posizione strategica per visitare i borghi incantevoli dell'Umbria. la casa è deliziosa, noi siamo stati in inverno e il riscaldamento a terra è stato molto gradevole. la camera da letto è molto spaziosa e la casa è moderna. spero di tornarci in primavera. Uma con la sua mamma Lucia ed il compagno Luca sono delle persone deliziose ed empatiche. ci siamo trovati subito bene e sono disponibili ad ogni richiesta. grazie di tutto ❤️

Evaristo's beautiful cottage is nestled very near Assisi, but tucked away in nature just enough to make you feel at peace and on your own. We highly recommend this stay! The olive groves, trees, and open space are great for the soul. It is very quiet with stunning views, and the cottage felt very comfortable and clean. There was a downstairs apartment that was not booked, so we had the entire villa and garden/terrace to ourselves. The gardener did come each morning to water and maintain the grounds, but he was very friendly and unobtrusive. Evaristo is very clear about all of the rules of the house, including payment of the city tax and extra guest fees, but be sure to read all of these details before you book and arrive so that you are not surprised. We highly recommend this stay!!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Tuscany. From the moment we arrived, the owner, Stella, made us feel so welcome – she was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The villa itself was lovely, and the highlight for us (especially the children!) was the pool. It was perfectly maintained and cleaned daily, which made it a joy to use every day. The pool area could also be shut off when not used to keep the children safe. Stella also gave us some great local restaurant recommendations, all of which served amazing food at very reasonable prices – a real bonus! We did manage to walk out to a few restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic stay in Tuscany. We would definitely love to return. La estancia estuvo genial. Me sentí realmente como en casa. Como sugerencia, pondría un microondas. Quienes no estamos acostumbrados al fuego de gas, es un poco complicado controlar el tiempo. Tengo que decir que se me quemó algo que fría y saltó la alarma de incendios. Algo que es de agradecer, por seguridad. Se lo comuniqué a la anfitriona de inmediato y todo quedó en un susto. Pese al ruido matutino por la descarga de mercancías del supermercado, no tengo queja ninguna y agradezco todo lo que había para desayunar, etc. Muchas gracias!!

Fantastic! Can’t imagine a better place to stay. Paolo was incredible- always available and helpful. Easy parking was 5 minute walk away and easy to leave from there to visit surrounding areas. Town of Spello is very pretty and quaint. Is a hill town so have to be willing to walk uphill slopes. Apartment was perfect for solo traveller or couple. Nice outdoor terrace with table.

An absolutely wonderful place, this was the best Air-BNB we have ever stayed in. The owners are lovely and put so much love and attention to detail into every aspect, not just the property but the gardens too. We felt extremely welcome and comfortable right from the start and throughout our stay. The thoughtful arrangement of properties and trees and hedges ensures all guests have privacy when they want it but at the same time easy access to all facilities and to the owners. The pool was spotlessly clean and we enjoyed using it most days between trips out and the thoughtful provision of garden games made our stay the best. Rosi, Stefano and Valentina are the perfect hosts, we would love to return and highly recommend this fabulous place.

Essere ospitati nella casa di Nino è stata una bella esperienza. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per soggiornare ed i comfort che si potrebbero ricercare stando in vacanza. La casa era molto pulita e curata in tanti particolari e xi ha dimostrato anche attenzione mettendo a disposizione anche gli accessori dedicati agli amici a 4 zampe. La cucina si presenta molto ben attrezzata. Le indicazioni sono state precise ed utilissimi sono stati i suggerimenti forniti da Nino. Le foto rispecchiano esattamente il posto in cui abbiamo soggiornato e gli spazi esterni sono molto rilassanti e assolutamente da godere. Contiamo di ritornare alla prima occasione

Virginia is a very friendly and responsive host. The accommodation was extremely relaxing and i would highly recommend a stay there. Quite and a real farm life style, yet close to a lot of tourists sites .

Io e mia moglie con I nostri cani siamo stati il weekend del 25 Aprile nell'alloggio di Piera. Siamo stati benissimo: casa piccola ma funzionalissima,bellissimo giardino recintato per i nostro cani e vista spettacolare. Non vediamo ľora di tornare.

Looooooved this place so much ! Graze Filippo. We so much enjoyed our short stay, the chat with your wonderful father and of course with you. Very clean, inside and outside. We watched the moon at night with the telescope they provide, and cooked ourself dinner. You find a lot of opportunities, table tennis, playing darts etc. Nice place also to come with younger kids who can play in the pool. We just enjoyed laying around the pool after a long day out in the area. Very quiet and relaxing time. Absolutely worth to visit if you prefer a quiet spot in the middle of the nature. I felt like I knew Filippo for longer, he is easy to connect with. Enjoy your stay ! ;-)

Unico e raro. All'arrivo ci ha accolti direttamente il proprietario, Giuliano. Ci ha fatto vedere brevemente l'appartamento fermandosi a fare due chiacchiere. Nell'appartamento non c'era nulla fuori posto: ordinato e pulito, fresco (non abbiamo nemmeno avuto bisogno del condizionatore, che volendo c'è), zanzariere alle finestre e di fronte un bel giardinetto tenuto molto bene e con pochissime zanzare. Oltre alle solite cose, a nostra disposizione c'erano anche zampironi e antizanzare, carte da gioco, tantissimi libri, indicazioni su ristoranti della zona, due ombrelloni, caffè e, al nostro arrivo, Giuliano ci ha fatto trovare un bel cesto di frutta fresca e qualche bottiglietta d'acqua. Sembrano banalità, ma sono dettagli che rendono il soggiorno decisamente più piacevole. Si vede che i proprietari (Giuliano e Donatella) amano quello che fanno e lo riescono a trasmettere alla perfezione. Speriamo vivamente di poter tornare e riuscire a fermarci qualche giorno in più. Consigliatissimo.

Hemos pasado una semana fantástica en Miralaghi!!! Maria Luisa es una anfitriona encantadora, y extremadamente servicial, estuvo pendiente en todo momento de nuestro bienestar y nos hizo muchas recomendaciones sobre cosas que hacer y sitios que visitar en la zona (pueblos que visitar, ríos en que bañarnos y fiestas en los pueblos de la zona). El apartamento es muy tranquilo. Éste y otros apartamentos están en medio de la montaña en una gran propiedad de Maria Luisa. El único problema es el camino de tierra de la llegada y la salida, que al principio se nos hizo muy largo, aunque al cabo de pocos días nos acostumbramos. La piscina está lejos de la casa, pero casi cada día fuimos a bañarnos allí. Aunque pasamos todos los días explorando Umbria y la Toscana, nos quedó tiempo para usar el jacuzzi, y para jugar al ping-pong y al futbolín. Grazie di tutto, e a presto!!

Appartamento perfetto, posizione ottimale! 2minuti dal centro e circa 10minuti a piedi per le spiagge! Rossella super gentile e disponibile! Ci ha fornito e biciclette e ci ha accolto anche prima del check in previsto. Ci siamo teovati molto bene e sicuramente ritorneremo il prossimo anno! Grazie Rossella ❤️

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Lidia, and I can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences I've ever had! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and stunning views that took our breath away. The location is simply perfect—a peaceful retreat in the middle of an olive yard. The recommendations provided by our host were spot-on, guiding us to hidden gems that we would have missed otherwise. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool area, where we spent sun-soaked afternoons relaxing and enjoying the peaceful ambiance. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploration. Overall, Villa Lidia exceeded all our expectations. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a family retreat, this is the place to be! I can’t recommend it highly enough, and I can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise in Umbria. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Conforme alla descrizione e alle foto. L’appartamento è ristrutturato molto bene, arredato in modo semplice, con buon gusto, confortevole e in posizione fantastica con spazio esterno esclusivo (accessoriato con mobilio di qualità) a bordo piscina e apprezzato anche dai nostri due cani. Complimenti anche per la presenza della lavastoviglie (comprese le tabs), del barbecue Weber in dotazione e di una dispensa con l’essenziale (caffè, sale, zucchero, olio, aceto), in altri posti non sempre prevista. La lavatrice (con detersivo incluso) è condivisa in un locale lavanderia esterno. Un apprezzamento anche per il personale che manutiene gli spazi esterni, la piscina e si occupa delle pulizie. Persone disponibili, cordiali e sempre sorridenti. Unico suggerimento a questa bellissima location è l’aggiunta di un punto luce per usufruire dello spazio esterno anche in notturna. Grazie a Thomas, Colleen e il loro staff per l’ospitalità e la disponibilità. Ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo.

Non ho mai trovato tanti servizi offerti in un solo alloggio. Eliana è da subito stata disponibilissima a fornirci lettino da campeggio con tutto il necessario e un seggiolone di tutto rispetto per la nostra bambina di un anno e mezzo. La casa è piena di giochi per bambini e libri che la mia bimba ha subito saccheggiato! In cucina è disponibile il necessaire per farsi un te/tisana e una pasta, mentre il bagno è pieno di prodotti per tutti! Eliana ci ha anche consigliato attività e ristoranti nei dintorni, alloggio super approvato!

Appartamento nuovo appena ristrutturato, spazi perfetti per 2 o 4 persone. Dotato di ogni comfort e più per soggiorno e preparazione piatti. Presenti varie stoviglie, ferro da stiro, macchina del caffè top, posate ecc Presenti anche due tv con abbonamento Netflix incluso. Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene, anche con l’host disponibile per messaggio, anche in tarda serata. Nella preparazione delle nostre pietanze non ci è mancato nulla. Bagno pulito e completo di tutto, cottonfiock, dischetti, shampoo, balsamo e bagnoschiuma, lavatrice, phone ecc.. Se saremo in zona prenoteremo sicuramente di nuovo. Super consigliato!
