Simone was most helpful and kind with his instructions and brought me coffee for the moka when I asked was there any coffee. Excellent restaurants and bars nearby. the place is lovely surrounded by woods with a breathtaking view. ideal to go with dogs and children. strategic location to visit the enchanting villages of Umbria. the house is lovely, we were there in winter and the floor heating was very pleasant. the bedroom is very spacious and the house is modern. I hope to return in the spring. Uma with her mother Lucia and her partner Luca are delightful and empathetic people. We immediately felt at home and they are available for any request. Thanks for everything ❤️

Renata is amazing. We felt very welcome and our little son was even spoiled with a nice farewell gift. Lovely breakfast available and Renata fry a very good egg of eggs! She is happy to help with excursions and advice for the area. She also took us on farm visits to entertain our son. All in all, a really lovely stay where we could have easily spent several days.

We loved our time here. Karin was an excellent host, organising a wonderful vineyard tour and being flexible with our check-in/check-out times. The property itself is beautiful and met all of our needs. Karin even helped us hunt our pizza delivery which failed to get to us, so went above and beyond during our stay. We'd love to come back again, and would recommend to anyone thinking of staying. Thank you!!

Evaristo's beautiful cottage is nestled very near Assisi, but tucked away in nature just enough to make you feel at peace and on your own. We highly recommend this stay! The olive groves, trees, and open space are great for the soul. It is very quiet with stunning views, and the cottage felt very comfortable and clean. There was a downstairs apartment that was not booked, so we had the entire villa and garden/terrace to ourselves. The gardener did come each morning to water and maintain the grounds, but he was very friendly and unobtrusive. Evaristo is very clear about all of the rules of the house, including payment of the city tax and extra guest fees, but be sure to read all of these details before you book and arrive so that you are not surprised. We highly recommend this stay!!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Tuscany. From the moment we arrived, the owner, Stella, made us feel so welcome – she was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The villa itself was lovely, and the highlight for us (especially the children!) was the pool. It was perfectly maintained and cleaned daily, which made it a joy to use every day. The pool area could also be shut off when not used to keep the children safe. Stella also gave us some great local restaurant recommendations, all of which served amazing food at very reasonable prices – a real bonus! We did manage to walk out to a few restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic stay in Tuscany. We would definitely love to return. Fantastic! Can’t imagine a better place to stay. Paolo was incredible- always available and helpful. Easy parking was 5 minute walk away and easy to leave from there to visit surrounding areas. Town of Spello is very pretty and quaint. Is a hill town so have to be willing to walk uphill slopes. Apartment was perfect for solo traveller or couple. Nice outdoor terrace with table.

Being hosted in Nino's house was a great experience. We found everything you need to stay and the comforts you could look for while on vacation. The house was very clean and cared for in many details and also showed attention by also providing accessories dedicated to 4-legged friends. The kitchen is very well equipped. The directions were accurate and very useful were the suggestions provided by Nino. The photos exactly reflect the place we stayed and the outdoor spaces are very relaxing and absolutely to enjoy. We look forward to returning to the first opportunity

Virginia is a very friendly and responsive host. The accommodation was extremely relaxing and i would highly recommend a stay there. Quite and a real farm life style, yet close to a lot of tourists sites .

Excellent stay in Silvia's beautiful and spacious apartment, also equipped with all the useful amenities. Silvia was extremely welcoming and adapted to our check-in time. If we come back to Aquapendente, we'll come back to Silvia's.

Cute and very cozy in a very characteristic village

My wife and I and our dogs were on the weekend of April 25 at Piera's place. We had a great time: small but very functional house,beautiful garden fenced for our dogs and spectacular views. We don't see you coming back.

Looooooved this place so much ! Graze Filippo. We so much enjoyed our short stay, the chat with your wonderful father and of course with you. Very clean, inside and outside. We watched the moon at night with the telescope they provide, and cooked ourself dinner. You find a lot of opportunities, table tennis, playing darts etc. Nice place also to come with younger kids who can play in the pool. We just enjoyed laying around the pool after a long day out in the area. Very quiet and relaxing time. Absolutely worth to visit if you prefer a quiet spot in the middle of the nature. I felt like I knew Filippo for longer, he is easy to connect with. Enjoy your stay ! ;-)

Unique and rare. Upon arrival, the owner, Giuliano, welcomed us directly. He showed us the apartment briefly, stopping to have a chat. In the apartment there was nothing out of place: tidy and clean, cool (we didn't even need the air conditioner, which is available if you want it), mosquito nets on the windows and in front a nice garden kept very well and with very few mosquitoes. In addition to the usual things, we also had mosquito nets and repellent, playing cards, lots of books, directions to local restaurants, two umbrellas, coffee, and, upon our arrival, Giuliano had a nice basket of fresh fruit and a few bottles of water for us. They seem trivial, but they are details that make the stay much more pleasant. You can see that the owners (Giuliano and Donatella) love what they do and they manage to convey it perfectly. We very much hope to be able to come back and be able to stay a few more days. Highly recommended.

Antonella, Andreas and not to forget Lullu are perfect and so relaxed hosts. They sweetened our mornings with fresh bread, croissants & coffee. The apartment is well equipped and of high quality. We felt very comfortable right away. The garden invites you to linger and is particularly well maintained. Thank you for this special stay!

we had an amazing time in piagaro,and Thomas gave so mutch information about the Village and a guide around when we arrived. that was really good. he was also a really interesting and reflected man. We had some really good conversations and I would love to come back to his place. I used the cafe every morning for the morning coffee just to take in the atmosphere in the village with the most lovely staff there . I've never found so many services offered in one place. Eliana was immediately available to provide us with a camping cot with all the essentials and a high chair for our one-and-a-half-year-old girl. The house is full of children's games and books that my baby immediately plundered! In the kitchen you have everything you need to make tea/herbal tea and pasta, while the bathroom is full of products for everyone! Eliana also recommended activities and restaurants nearby, super approved accommodation!

We stayed here over the Christmas holidays and enjoyed our stay, the large living and dining area is very cozy and the fireplace has created a wonderful winter atmosphere. The amenities of the bathrooms, the rooms and the kitchen are wonderful, modern and stylish. The house is ideal for larger groups, with no one having to give up a retreat. The location is very quiet and the view of the surrounding hills magnificent. At the same time, the house is strategically located and within an hour you will find great excursion destinations (Perugia, Assisi, Todi, Montepulciano...). Our host was always available and we were warmly welcomed. We will be happy to come back!
