We welcome you to a renovated 65 m2 cottage (4/6 people) located in the center of the village of Champtoceaux – Orée d'Anjou, close to all amenities, and 30 km east of Nantes. You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Pass by the viewpoint on the Loire and in the park opposite the cottage, before setting off to discover this multifaceted region! See you soon.

Enjoy a relaxing stay in our cottage located in Ombrée d 'Anjou, it is located between Angers, Nantes and Rennes. Restored in 2023 and fully equipped, you will live in the calm of our countryside. You will enjoy the swimming pool heated to 28°, the pétanque court, the ping pong table and the wooded garden as well as other activities. An enclosed garden is next to the terrace for the safety of children We will be happy to welcome you and accompany you during your stay.

Discover the "Aux 3 Ruisseaux" Gîte in the Angevine countryside. Completely renovated in 2020 and with an area of 104 m², it can accommodate 8 people. Gîte classified as Furnished Tourist Accommodation 3***. Ground floor: 30 m² living room, fully equipped open kitchen, laundry room and toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and TV, 2 bathrooms and toilet. 600 m² enclosed plot with 2 parking spaces and a 28 m² west-facing terrace. Garden shed.

Everything is within walking or cycling distance, good times to share with family, friends, even colleagues...

Located on the banks of the Loire, a few kilometers from Nantes, L'Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Opposite the Île de la Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, open-air café... but also the restaurants located nearby. If you are traveling by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a "Loire à Vélo" circuit, a bike room has been specially fitted out in the house. By car, you can park almost at the door!

Située en impasse, notre gîte de 80 m² est un lieu propice au repos et à la détente. Vous serez à 2 minutes des commerces ( boulangerie et épicerie-traiteur, pharmacie...) et 300 mètres d'un arrêt de bus pour Angers mais aussi à 10 minutes des bords de Loire( location de canoé-Kayak, Loire à vélo), 15 minutes d'Angers et 18 minutes de Terra Botanica en voiture. Des chemins de randonnées en campagne et en forêt sont accessibles au départ du gite.

La Maison Bonheur is located on the classified banks of the Loire where the view is breathtaking. ideally located 5 km from the city of Ancenis, between Angers and Nantes. The enclosed courtyard overlooks the boat dock, the salon and the office have a splendid view of the Loire and the Ingrandes bridge. The house is located on the church square. The village has all the necessary shops. The Ingrandes train station leads directly to Angers and Nantes, and there is one bicycle available to travel around the village.
