The house is located in the countryside . It is a renovated house with charm. 5 minutes from the village with essential shops. Composed of 3 bedrooms, a large living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom and 1 separate toilet. The bathroom has been adapted for people with reduced mobility. Enclosed terrace, parking, boules court. Pets are allowed, but please note that I also have 2 very nice dogs and 2 cats that roam around the village.

Located in a cul-de-sac, our 80 m² cottage is a place conducive to rest and relaxation. You will be 2 minutes from the shops (bakery and grocery store, pharmacy...) and 300 meters from a bus stop to Angers but also 10 minutes from the banks of the Loire (canoe-kayak rental, Loire by bike), 15 minutes from Angers and 18 minutes from Terra Botanica by car. Hiking trails in the countryside and forest are accessible from the cottage.

The accommodation is located 500 m from the town center and 100 m from a body of water. Many hiking trails make up the municipality, enough to stretch your legs or those of your 4-legged companions (Pets are allowed) Shops nearby (convenience store, café located in the village) 7 minutes from Candé as well as Saint-Mars-la-Jaille. Welcome to the 42 m2 "Côté jardin" apartment. There is an industrial-style decor with open kitchen. The bedroom is in a "Jungle" style with a 160 cm bed. This beautiful apartment is a 5-minute walk from the center of Ancenis and the banks of the Loire. Free parking is in front of the small building. Great place to put your bags down for an internship or training. Everything is provided (bed linen, towels).
