Thanks to its 4 bedrooms, it is ideal to accommodate up to 8 people for holidays with family, friends or colleagues near Angers, Cholet and Nantes. We make available (on specific schedules) our swimming pool just in front of the gîte in a garden with a view of the Layon Valley.

This house brings together the different indoor and outdoor spaces to have a very nice stay and is located in front of a wooded park, equipped with a petanque court, table tennis and a playground. It is located in the city center and offers all amenities such as shops, restaurants, banks, train station... Parking is available in the inner courtyard, in the garage (2 cars) or in the parking lot across from the house (35 spaces).

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.
