Equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, piston coffee maker, kettle, tea. Quietly located on the banks of the Cher and 7 minutes by car from Tours city center, 15 minutes by bike. So if you're looking for tranquility close to the city, this is the place! Parking is available in the courtyard of the house. Closed lot.

The cottage is located in the countryside, on the D7, 3 km from the A85 motorway, 3 km from the Loire bike path, close to the castles of Villandry, Langeais (6 km) and Azay-le-Rideau (7 km). Fontevraud Abbey, the castles of Chinon, Saumur, Chenonceau, and even Chaumont-sur-Loire are accessible within the hour thanks to the expressways. Bike shelter available. Private parking. The cottage is completely separate from my house which is nearby. You're my only guests.
