Our 'Garden Retreat' is a tranquil, elegantly furnished cottage overlooking a sunken garden. The accommodation has a bedroom (queen-sized bed), a fully-equipped kitchen, a sitting area with a sleeper-sofa, and a small office mezzanine. The garden is large with multiple places to sit and enjoy the shade or the sun. The Loire River itself is only 150 yards from the flat. Large individuals take note: the shower is a standard 67cm x 67cm. Although we love pets; but we have a one pet only policy.

The cottage is located in the countryside, on the D7, 3 km from the A85 motorway, 3 km from the Loire bike path, close to the castles of Villandry, Langeais (6 km) and Azay-le-Rideau (7 km). Fontevraud Abbey, the castles of Chinon, Saumur, Chenonceau, and even Chaumont-sur-Loire are accessible within the hour thanks to the expressways. Bike shelter available. Private parking. our independent 28 m2 studio is located in our large garden. it has a bed 180 x 190 which can be separated into two 90 x 190 beds. possibility of adding a cot. The studio is well located sinceit is on the route of the Loire by bike bis, 4 km from azay the curtain, 5 km from villandry, 6 km from Langeais and 20 min from the tower center. We live on site and have an 8-year-old daughter. Also, we have a dog, very nice Labrador but glue pot...

The coachman's house is a very charming house in the middle of a large flower garden that also has a vegetable garden and is inhabited by the turtle Plouf. It's a very special place where young and old feel good immediately. The house is in a very good location, in the heart of Langeais, while being very quiet once the large gate is closed. Nathalie is an absolutely outstanding host, who does everything to make the stay enjoyable, including many very helpful recommendations and small gifts for the children. This is one of the best places we've stayed via AirBnb and we recommend it 100%!

Good instructions. A clean, tidy and interesting apartment. Sofa bed was very comfy. If you have the windows open at night, there might be some road noise, but it wasn't a problem for us. Easy bike storage down a lockable side alley.

Big, comfortable, well-equipped house in perfect chateaux-touring location. The house has really big public rooms, an extremely well-equipped kitchen, games and a hot tub, both a small enclosed private yard for little kids and a larger yard for older children to run around, and separate, private bedroom areas. Lots of bathrooms. Everything worked! - the dishwasher and clothes washer, the toilets, and plenty of hot water for showers. The layout provides privacy and quiet for separate bedroom areas if others stay up later at the huge dining table or in the living room. The private parking spaces at the house were really appreciated in this small old town where on-street parking is very difficult. The house, yard, and parking all lock in securely behind their own gate. Florence is smiley and helpful and quick to respond to email questions. She is the perfect combination of available when needed but not nosey. Our group ranged in age from 1 year to 77. It was great! Rebecca

Very good stay, very spacious house for 9 people. A large parking lot to park. The surroundings are very quiet surrounded by greenery, in the countryside. Very pretty.
