It is quiet and peaceful, and quite a few kilometers to shopping, S-train, beach, nature suitable for good hiking and biking, golf, swimming pool, art exhibition at the Ark, etc. The house contains 7 sleeping places, large kitchen, 2 bathrooms, private garden with trampoline for the young souls, terrace with dining area and its own parking in the driveway (room for 4 cars).

I love home decor, cosiness, and plants, so you can sit back in one of my many Cozy Hooks and enjoy it all with a good book and a cup of coffee from my coffee machine that can make an exquisite cappuccino for example. If you want to enjoy nature, there is a lovely meadow just behind my house, where you can take a walk or sit on a bench or there is less than 10 minutes walk to the beach right out of the way outside the house.
