A lovely stay in Arturo’s home! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful bath; Ciudad Rodrigo was pretty and we had great food; the breakfast that Arturo made for us was a nice touch that is rare to find in other accommodations! Thank you!

We stayed in this cottage and the experience was exceptional from the first moment. The place is impeccable, with a cleanliness and care that immediately stand out. The house is very nice, with a lovely decor and numerous details that make the stay very comfortable and cozy. Santiago, the host, is a super friendly and dedicated person. He was always attentive to our needs, giving us recommendations and making sure everything was perfect. Its warmth and charm made us feel at home from day one. We will definitely be back as soon as we get the chance. This place is ideal for rest and enjoy a rural environment in excellent condition. ¡Highly recommended!

The house is a paradise with all the comforts in a beautiful natural environment. No detail, from the kitchen, equipped with absolutely everything you might need, to the stove, which maintains an ideal temperature, bathtubs, sauna, massage chair and bicycles to explore the surroundings. It is seen that the house has been designed to serve as a refuge for anyone who needs a luxury disconnect. Excellent attention. Highly recommended

The house is fine, the owners are very nice and provide you with all the help you need. I thought it was a nice touch that they had supplies in the house, such as shower gel, shampoo, toothbrushes, cleaning products. The village has more activity than you can expect. Good overall experience.

In the place, Antonio and his wife have been excellent hosts, always friendly and attentive to everything. They told us what places to visit nearby and all of their directions was perfect. Second, I would highlight the house: it had many more amenities than expected (noting that the kitchen and toilets were perfectly equipped), it was super nice and very clean. And lastly, the location has been great, being between Avila, Salamanca and the north of the province of Cáceres. It has allowed us to visit beautiful villages in the 3 provinces. In short, we 100% recommend Antonio's house, for everything... by the hosts, the house itself and the location.

It's a beautiful place, completely true to the photos. 11 of us stayed, including children, and it was very comfortable and complete. Its design and functionality made us very comfortable. It is located in a quiet area just 10 minutes from downtown, and well connected to other areas and towns that can also be visited. Laura was attentive to everything we needed and provided us with recommendations on what to do or visit. For us, a 10-star accommodation!

Beautiful apartment style lodging in the outskirts of charming Guijo De Santa Barbara. Paloma and her husband went out of there way to make us comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked with all the basics and they brought bread for breakfast each day. Additionally, the use of reclaimed wood and repurposed family heirlooms and farming antiques add a very special touch to this place. A short walk will bring you into town, where you can catch the low trail to the trabuquete. Walking or driving up the hill through town will allow a view from above, a close-up look at the Plaza de Toros, and beyond that, you can hike to the refugio. I’m thrilled that Guijo has this wonderful new accommodation!

Apartment with all the amenities in a spectacular area. The best view of the living room. Everything was perfect, very clean and very easy check-in. I'll be back for sure.

The house was clean, comfortable and updated. It is close to good hiking areas with in the national park as well as really close to Plasencia. The village is smaller and more quiet, which is nice. Around the house are all the amenities you could need: small grocery store, gas station, meat and cheese store, etc... The house has AC in the bedrooms and living room, but the cool evening breezes also quickly cooled down the house at night with the windows open. It was a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The internet was so slow it was not usable for us, but we could get good connectivity by cell phone. Overall we would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit the national park particularly.

Located in a very quiet and easy to find environment. Very close to Talavera de la Reina, where I was traveling for a sporting event. Everything was ready for when we arrived, and that was done a bit late for us. One I could enjoy the garden, but in spring and summer it must be great to spend some time in the cool. I would repeat.

Ignacio is a good host. He is a friendly person and like to share information about the La Vera region. His hospitality is characterized by a high standard.

We enjoyed our stay in the lovely b&b of Rebeca and Juan, and were welcomed in a warm and generous way. The next day when I fell sick they offered a soup even though the restaurant wasn't open, which was so very kind. A genuine family run b&b with a big heart. Thank you so much!

A small but very cozy and clean room with a bathroom in the main street of a charming mountain town with loads of places for great walks in nature. It was very easy to find and to park the car just right next to it. The breakfast in morning was a really nice addition and our doggie was welcome everywhere, even at the restaurant, which we really appreciate!
