House Ibiskus is an enchanting house with a large sleeping/living room, separate kitchen and shower room. A large terrace in front offers seating and deck chairs. The view extends to the approximately 30,000 square meter property with many different trees and flowers of the finca and the mountains opposite.

Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

It was formerly part of the Cartuja's outbuildings, where Frédéric Chopin was staying. During the day the village is very lively and in the evening it becomes a very quiet place. The mountains of Serra de Tramuntana were the only candidate in 2011 and has been chosen by UNESCO for its scenic, cultural, historical and ethnic values. The house has big windows and an old "balaustrada" in the terrace, for this reason the kids are not allowed
