We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home, Jordi was incredibly helpful and friendly making us feel welcome. The house is set in the most stunning location, surrounded by peaceful woodlands and a huge garden with a lovely large pool — perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. One of the highlights for us was spotting the striking Hoopoe flying through the garden. The house itself is spacious, airy, and thoughtfully designed, blending beautifully with the local surroundings. It’s ideal for two families, with two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs, and two more bedrooms upstairs that sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom. We also loved the large games room & outdoor table tennis, which kept everyone entertained. Jordi provided great restaurant recommendations, and we enjoyed exploring some incredible spots in Girona. But honestly, most evenings we were more than happy dining on the outdoor using the large brick-built BBQ and soaking up the peaceful atmostphere

A renovated and spacious farmhouse that allowed us to be comfortable and at ease during the weekend in the large group of people we were. Marta was on the lookout for us before and during the stay.

Josep and Isabel have a beautiful house in a quiet area. it is quite a ride to the top if you are not used to it, but it is definitely worth it. Furthermore, they are fantastic hosts who always take the time to answer your questions or provide some tips. The hot tub in the garden is also a very nice extra. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a place near Olot.

If you are looking for a place with loads of medieval charm from top to bottom, you've found it. Tucked into a small walking village and well appointed, Esther's beautiful home is a luxury escape within five minutes drive to the larger town of La Bisbal. It's perfectly located for cycling holidays or just to explore the region. If you are a light sleeper, remember to bring a good pair of earplugs as with many places in Spain, the church bell (right next to the home) chimes every quarter hour and on the hour 24-hours a day.

Clara and Gerard place was amazing, few days away in beautiful surrounding's it was a perfect holiday for me! Property well secured, and my two German shepherd's dogs could run free. Cosy bedrooms and comfortable beds, I haven't slept that well in weeks ! Great local restaurant Mas el Pi.

A place you need to go

A very beautiful and peaceful place! The hosts are really nice, the animals are adorable, and the nature is awesome! Just what we needed to reboot - walking, sitting by the fireplace and eating grilled food. Plus our dog had a blast running around in the enclosed area, so we were very pleased and would come back for a longer stay!

The desire to keep this little slice of paradise to oneself, and at the same time, be just as kind as Neus is. Yoga teacher, I organized a workshop in this heavenly place. Upon arrival, we were captivated... yes, that's the word... by this secluded property, while being a 5-minute drive from downtown Angles, where you will find a supermarket and other shops. My yogis told me: You found us, a real gem... We stayed there 4 days and didn't want to go anywhere else because we were so comfortable. A small dollhouse, with a floor, beautifully decorated. Inside, it was a little tight to eat 6, but the sun allowed us to have our meals in various corners of the park, depending on the time of day. Neus, rents out extra rooms, in her beautiful home next door, if needed. Flowers, birds, calm, the space, a swimming pool. Neus is also adorable. Great bedding, super clean. Very quaint stone building with everything you need and good views of the mountains and lovely hike behind the house. Easy walking distance to shops and lovely park with river running through it. A little tricky unloading if residents appear but not a big problem. Car park easy walking distance. If you have difficulty with stairs not suitable as bedrooms 14 steps down. Very happy either way accomodation, air conditioning and beds / furnishing and Juli very thorough in providing instructions.

We had a most wonderful two-week stay at this unique house full of charm and soul. The house is beautiful and spacious, the kitchen is super lovely and well-equipped to gather for memorable family meals, children have so much to discover with the playroom and the garden, and the surroundings are very special with many gorgeous walking trails nearby and with ski slopes just a short drive away. Pat and her husband were great hosts, they were always responsive and we especially appreciated that they accommodated our family’s needs and responded right away to quickly resolve any questions or issues we had (which is not easy considering the house is not in a big city and solutions might not always be quick). Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The Bosquet is an incredible place to spend some quiet days with family and friends. An environment in which there are paths and corridors to walk and discover new beautiful places in the country. Access, as others have already commented, is tricky and shi has to go in time. Ideal if you bring the necessary provisions to spend the entire stay.

A magical place to disconnect where only birds chirping and river noise can be heard... The cottages allow you to be at home in complete privacy. The environment is very beautiful and many hikes are to be done nearby. Finally, the cherry on the cake: Kate's welcome, kindness, and smile really make the difference! One of the best airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. Private little cabin on the mountain side with the only company being the local cows, great little outdoor cooking space for an open charcoal grill. Amazing landscape with plenty of hikes and activities minutes away

One of the most amazing places we've visited. The house is spectacular and the views are breathtaking. We were a group of friends and we all ended up feeling very good and unwilling to come back. It was a great experience and I'm sure we'll be back.

It was really a paradise, what a dream to stay here. Our children of 1 and 3 also loved it and played in the garden every day. It was even bigger than we thought and lots of fun things to see and do nearby. salut and toni were so kind and easy to reach. We would have liked to stay much longer.

We had a wonderful stay in a spacious and unique house with a wonderful garden and view. The area is calm and quite, it has nice beaches and small towns around, but you’ll need a car to get there. Albert and his family welcomed us, gave recommendations and were available when help was needed.

We had a great three days, the house was beautiful, there was everything to be comfortable and like home. If I had to put a hit, it would be that in the loft room I would put some curtains since it comes in a lot of sun in the morning, but otherwise everything was perfect, the location, the host and the amenities that the house offered. We will surely repeat.

We used to visit Roquefixade often years ago, and it was time to return. We loved staying in this cottage. It was modernized where necessary (new kitchen), but the aesthetic and charm stayed rustic. The views (!!!) of the rolling hills and Roquefixade castle were amazing. We had a BBQ in the garden and loved it. Veronica was very responsive and helpful and we left feeling like we had a friend in the hamlet. Note that the cottage is in the hamlet, not the village. If you want a quiet place close to Cathar ruins, Foix, and caves this is it. I definitely recommend it.
