Vlakbij de afrit van de A2, het MUMC+, MECC en toch rustig gelegen nabij het Savelsbos. De gezellige kamer met eigen badkamer en ontbijtruimte is gelegen op de 1e verdieping. Wijzelf wonen en slapen beneden zodat privacy gewaarborgd is. Parkeren kan gratis op de eigen oprit. Fietsen kunnen in de afgesloten garage gezet worden.

Het heeft een eigen terras met weids uitzicht over de vallei Rustig en kindvriendelijk, doch op slechts 10 min van het beroemde Valkenburg, 15 min van het 3-landen punt in Vaals en 20 min van Aken. Liggend midden in het natuurgebied "Land van Kalk" is er daarnaast veel te doen en te zien voor iedereen.

The trainstation Heerlen is 5 minutes walking from the appartement, and so is the center. Everything is nearby, like Asian and Dutch supermarkets.

So you can shop, and experience culture in Valkenburg and Maastricht. In addition, there are beautiful cycling and hiking routes to explore the Heuvelland.
