The accommodation is located in an easily accessible residential area near the city center and the sea. The city center is 5 min by car or 30 min by foot. Everything you need for life is within walking distance, Vana-Pärnu beach is about 1 km away, there is a grocery store next door. A spacious apartment with two separate bedrooms with a separate entrance. A sofa in the living room can be offered as an extra bed. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).

Marikka is a perfect host. She was very caring and helpful. We needed advice about parking fine we got earlier that day and she didn’t hesitate to call local administration to clear the things up. Apartment itself was a wonderful place with a peaceful neighborhood.

Our family of 4 stayed in this apartment for a short visit in the city. Coincidentally, we didn't have a car at the time, but there are bus stops nearby, and the distances in the city are also walkable. The apartment itself is fully equipped, clean and comfortable. The view to the river from the terrace is great, and the neighborhood is peaceful. Einar, the host, is friendly, helpful and responsive. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

A glass-enclosed terrace features comfortable seating with soft cushions. Outside, well-maintained greenery and a pathway can be seen, inviting relaxation. The space is brightened by natural light, highlighting the textures of the furniture and the lush surroundings.
