Our beautifully restored large five bedroom 12th century mas, will meet all your requirements of a historic but modern home away from home whilst still giving you a real 'French Mas' experience. With vaulted ceilings, exposed stone walls, modern kitchen, alfresco dining space, swimming pool and easy access to the medieval town of Montpellier. Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. Formerly a newly renovated priory, the farmhouse is surrounded by 2 hectares of parkland and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Great place to recharge your batteries, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.

It can accommodate 5 people. It is located in the backyard of a village house in Gard stones where we live. It is nicely equipped, charm, comfort, peace and quiet are waiting for you.
