Accessible for people with reduced mobility, 4 bedrooms including 1 master suite on the ground floor. 10 minutes from all shops, Vallée des Singes, botanical maze, Futuroscope 40 minutes away, and a multitude of activities to discover in the surrounding area. Available starting at 4:00 p.m. Check out before 11:00 a.m. (clean the house).

P'tit Gîte Mélone

Axe Paris Bordeaux (A10) 10 min away, Poitiers TGV station 15min away.

The beautifully restored gite lies in the heart of the country but is close to the lovely historic village of Verteuil, one of the prettiest in Charente, dominated by a magnificent chateau with restaurants, wine cellar, and a small Sunday market. The Presbytère des Groseillers-79 gîte

Located in the heart of Deux-Sèvres, Le Presbytère des Groseillers is perfectly placed to radiate between Gâtine, Parthenay, Niort, the Poitevin marsh, La Rochelle, La Vendée and Le Puy du Fou. In addition to the surrounding countryside and the Autize stream, guests can enjoy on-site painting exhibitions and musical instruments (piano, guitar, percussion). The 3-star gîte welcomes you all year round in a green and tranquil setting on the banks of the Charente. Ideal for fishing, swimming or a canoe ride, it offers privileged access to the banks of the river. This single-story house, fully fenced and lined with a sapinette, is located in Condac, close to the leisure center of Réjallant between Ruffec, (with its shops) and the charming village of Verteuil, renowned for its castle and mill.

Cabin in the heart of nature

Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.

Cozy loft in the city

In a green setting, we offer a quiet, warm, autonomous loft, a few steps from the city center, close to shops and 20' walk from the SNCF train station. We have preserved the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bicycles or motorcycles only, firewood...). In 40 m² we can accommodate 1 to 4 people independently (one 160 cm bed, one 130 cm sofa bed).
