Shops, restaurants, cinema 15 minutes' walk away and supermarkets 3 minutes' drive away), located 15 minutes from Futuroscope and the Arena and 45 minutes from Center Parcs. Nordic pool and Motoball stadium 10 minutes' walk. Market in the city center on Thursday and Sunday mornings. Paris Bordeaux (A10) 10 min, Poitiers TGV station 15 min.

House dating from the middle of the 19th century, independent access, restored with respect for materials, wood, stones, ideally located in the Belle Valley, very quiet environment and yet very close to the historic center of the village, classified as a "small city of character", you can enjoy an enclosed garden, with shade or sun, as desired, private parking, access to the private pool area, with pool house, beaches, deckchairs will be at your disposal. Possibility to rent bikes.

In a protected, hilly and wooded environment of Charente Limousine, traditional Charentaise house, fully restored, located in a one-hectare park. Large 50 m2 family room. Large stone terrace shaded by a stone pine. Wood-burning stove in the living room. Located on the edge of the village with direct access to the paths. Ideal setting for athletes and/or families who want to enjoy nature and animals: Horses, sheep, chickens are present on the property.

This cottage oozes simple rural French charm with modern conveniences and relaxation: a break away - privacy and tranquillity in the heart of Paradis(e). The beautifully restored gite lies in the heart of the country but is close to the lovely historic village of Verteuil, one of the prettiest in Charente, dominated by a magnificent chateau with restaurants, wine cellar, and a small Sunday market. Cabin in the heart of nature

Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.

Cozy loft in the city

In a green setting we offer a quiet, warm, self-contained loft, a short walk from the city center, close to shops and 20'walk to the SNCF train station. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).

Enchanting site of a small 14th century mill

Boat and canoe. 300 m from the farm, passing over an island that is not in the rental, but accessible by a private footbridge, you will find a wooded area with meadows bordered by the trout and otter river.
