This was a very nice find - a two-storey cabana with a lovely upper terrace and a spectacular view of the Pacific. Even though located right at the through street along the coast, it was quiet at night. The interior of the cabin was in very good shape, with an excellent and large bathroom, nice kitchen and a little wood stove (if the temperature makes it necessary). Beds were good, and everything was well cleaned and properly kept. Parking right at the house was a plus, and we definitely enjoyed the company of the four little terriers and the large and very friendly shepherd mix. While we were a bit unfortunate with the weather (Feb 24th, and it was drizzling), the cabana made up for it, as it was large enough to spend some time indoors.

Our stay was amazing, the house is very conveniently located and in a very safe area, just like the photos and with everything you need for everyday life, it lacks nothing, it is very cozy and accessible. Daniela a 7! She responds quickly to any questions and needs. We had problems with the car just the day we were supposed to leave and she made it very easy for us to solve it. We would totally come back, not only for the house but also for the good service and helpfulness.

Mrs. Lili's service was excellent… we almost only used it to sleep since we always ate out… but it has everything for cooking. It has a slow-burning wood boiler and an electric one... that's to keep in mind for those who are very sensitive to the cold... otherwise it's more than fine! Good location and comfortable!

Due to personal problems, we book with an hour and a half in advance and she had no problems even resolving ptoblemas that were presented for the promptness of renting. We had a very good stay. The setting was nice, the cabins impeccable, well maintained. Patricio is an excellent host. Communicate all the time. We were going to a wedding at the Altos de Punucapa event center, so the location of the cabins was ideal for us. 100% recommended.

The stay was perfect. A great view from the whole house and nice spaces for recreation, especially if you go with children (ping-pong table and pool). In addition, Marcelo helped us with a logistical problem, and was always attentive to any unforeseen events. We would definitely come back!

We would definitely stay in this condo again !!!! It is extremely well equipped with a wonderfully done kitchen …..the dishes appliances etc are all great ! Beds are comfy and the view is beautiful and tranquil. Easy 15 min walk to many great restaurants and bars. Plus the host is wonderful and very responsive and helpful !! A great choice to stay in Valdivia

Excellent stay in Sofia's apartment. The apartment is just like the photos and everything was very clean. The location is perfect for walking, the river market, central market and waterfront are a 10-minute walk away. The neighborhood is very quiet and with a wide variety of restaurants and cafes to eat at.

Beautiful apartment, just like the photos, great location, everything was within walking distance, with many cafes around, the waterfront nearby, we even walked to the botanical garden and Saval Park on Teja Island.
