Enjoy the simplicity of this home. Large cabin located in a quiet neighborhood, in the backyard of a residential house, close to supermarkets, parks, hospitals and restaurants, with excellent access to transportation. It has a separate entrance and a closed parking lot is available. It also has a wonderful and spacious terrace surrounded by nature. The cabin has central heating, as well as an electric heater, a double bed, and a sofa bed.

Cozy apartment for 2, interior and independent

Cozy interior apartment, ideal for a couple. It has a large bedroom with a double bed and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Its greatest advantage is the location: in a very quiet residential neighborhood, but only a block and a half from the Calle Calle Bridge and access to the Costanera, perfect for walks. Also, it's just a short walk from Jumbo supermarket. Access is independent, via a wide and safe staircase. No parking.

It is prohibited to use the beds or seating in the cabin for pets. Pets must be under supervision at all times.

It is a 10-minute walk from Saval, a 10-minute walk from Uach and 20 minutes from downtown Valdivia. The bus to the coast (Niebla) passes 5 blocks away. Tourist accommodation: it is not rented monthly at any time of the year.

It is an excellent starting point for visiting the city. We are located on the urban-rural border, 12 minutes from downtown by car. The bus stop is approximately 600 meters away, so we recommend coming by car. The cabin is equipped with the comforts of a modern home and has slow-burning heating. Each guest must bring their own towels. We're waiting for you!
