Everything totally new. The street is right next to a pedestrian area with shops where you can find everything you need. Five minutes walk to popular Plaza Cervantes and Calle Mayor, and 7 minutes to Renfe Cercanias Station. There is a free parking lot at 8 minutes walk and a paid parking two minutes away.

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks, and it was absolutely the best decision ! The location was perfect distance for walking around to multiple sights, including Plaza España, Plaza Mayor, puerta del Sol, Gran Vía. It was also in an area where public transportation was easily accessible if at any point we didn’t want to walk. There are a couple of bus stops, a metro station down the street and taxis usually lined up right outside on the road. The apartment itself was beautiful, with spectacular sunset views. It was very safe, with 24/7 concierge. Susan was always very responsive, and attentive. We felt incredibly comfortable with the space, and had all the amenities needed for a two week stay. We would stay here again, and would highly recommend.

I stayed here with my parents, brother, and partner overnight before a flight back home from the Madrid airport. The place was gorgeous and Elena Laura was very helpful and accomadating for check in as we arrived late from a flight. The pictures don't do the loft justice, it is wonderfully decorated and very clean. We were even gifted a bottle of wine upon arrival. The airport was a simple 10 minute cab ride away and it only cost about 20 euros for 5 people. The one thing I will mention is that if you prefer a little more privacy make sure to note that the shower is not private. There is a separate bathroom with a toilet and sink however the shower is in the corner of the main room with the bed. It's kind of hard to tell from the pictures, but all three beds are in the same lofted area and while there is a little divider in front of the main bed, if you are traveling with a big group you will likely have to take turns being upstairs to shower. That being said the stay was still 5/5.

The apartment is not lacking in detail, you have everything you need to have a super quiet and pleasant stay, in a quiet town where you can disconnect. Carlos and Lola are super friendly and helpful. Lola makes some amazing stews. Our dogs were in heaven. We'll definitely be back!

Raul has been the best host we have ever had in our 8 years staying at AIRbnb's. cheking in was perfect, Raul was there to welcome us and explain us everything. The fridge was full with water, sodas, fruits. The checkout as well, and he even drove us to the airport. Superhost! The apartment is perfect, 5 stars. Super clean, spacious, confortable beds. location is perfect, close to everything walking distance. definitly coming back to this apartment on my next trip to Madrid.

I had a wonderful stay at Felipe’s place. The location was perfect, close to the center yet surprisingly peaceful. The apartment itself is lovely, with a beautiful garden in the back that made it feel like a hidden retreat. Also, Felipe has filled the space with unique and inspiring pieces, it added such a special touch to the experience! I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, creative, and relaxing stay.

What a fantastic stay we had with Susanna and this Airbnb, pictures do not describe the beauty of this unit, and the views are breathtaking morning and night. This unit is snuggled right in the middle of a main street where you have an assortment of restaurants just blocks away. Convenient shopping, from a gigantic Mall, to pharmacies, and a grocery store, not even 50 yards away. We had one small hiccup, but Susanna managed to help us out within a quick and reasonable time. If you’re looking for a great R&B, look no further this is the spot to be.
