Unique apartment with beautiful views!

You walk straight in from street level, and to a quiet part of the building. When you enter the apartment, you will see straight down and out over the lake! On each side are the bedrooms, completely shielded from the noise of the street. Large bathroom on the same floor. Down half a staircase, and you find yourself in a voluminous room with windows partly from the floor - to the ceiling that is 4 meters up! Beautiful kitchen, nice dining area with a view, and a very cozy TV corner you will find down there. And exit to private veranda that hangs right over the lake.

In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central with a short distance to the airport, Ålesund city and scenic surroundings with both lake and mountains. The apartment is bright and equipped with most things. Bed space for four; a double bed and two extra sleeping places if needed in the living room. Nostalgia

A charming house from the 1800s with a great atmosphere. The property is beautifully located by the lake overlooking Ålesund and Sunnmørsalpene. Only 15 min by car from Ålesund city and the nearest airport, but is still a place that gives peace of mind. Outside the garden there is cultivated land with grazing animals in late summer. The island of Giske itself is a gem with a marble church from the Middle Ages, beaches, untouched nature and bird life. The island was once home to Norway's most powerful noble family, the Arnungs, and is mentioned in the Snorre saga.

Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome!

Welcome to our newly renovated apartment centrally located in Ålesund city center. Just a stone's throw away you will find the popular Brosundet, and you are within walking distance to all of the city's restaurants and other sights. The apartment belongs to a part of our unique city villa, with separate entrance. We are an adult couple living here, which makes the rental part a peaceful apartment with a quiet atmosphere. The apartment is nice for both singles, as well as up to 2 couples.

Our place is close to Ålesund Airport. Ålesund airport. Great nature. Rural and quiet. Yet only 20 min. by car to Ålesund city center. My place is good for couples, lone travelers, and business travelers. Can also be suitable for a small family. (Extra mattresses). We can also assist with transportation to/from the airport in the late afternoon/evening. There is a 24-HOUR (Monday-Saturday) grocery store 2 km from the rental. Joker Vikane. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. It is stylish, bright and modern. To the south you have a lovely roof terrace with good sun conditions and great sea views. The kitchen has what you need, as well as a wine cabinet. The living room is airy and modern, with a round dining table seating 4 people. The master bedroom has a 180 bed and TV on the wall. The guest room has a 150 bed. In the bathroom there is also a combined washing machine/dryer.

Here is a sauna and wood-fired hot tub with sea water that can be rented and enjoy the tranquility and nice view of the Hjørundfjord. There is also a private harbor with the possibility to rent a boat. Price per day: 16 ft 15/20 horsepower NOK 600 plus petrol. 18 ft 30 horsepower NOK 850 per day. Gasoline is in addition to what the customer uses. Life jackets can be borrowed. All boat rentals are at your own risk
