It consists of a hallway; living-dining room with fireplace; kitchen; 6 rooms with the possibility of adding extra beds and each of the rooms with private bathroom, TV, heating and air conditioning. It is also a passive house, for maximum comfort and accessibility. Energy comes from solar panels and there is a well for irrigation and filling the pool.
