We welcome you to "La Coustiero" in our wonderful old village of Sauzet at the foot of the church, which will offer you a panorama ranging from the 3 beaks to the Mont Ventoux. This peaceful accommodation consists of a queen size bed and a sofa bed for one person (or 2 children), a bathroom, and a living room/kitchen area. Close to all amenities (bakery, butcher, supermarket, tobacco...) and 10 minutes from Montélimar. Please note: there is no air conditioning in hot weather.

The swimming pool (open from June 1 to the end of September) is below the village, a 5-minute walk away, with a beautiful view. The house is freestanding, but it can also be rented with a neighboring house with 4 additional beds.

The house is fully equipped with air conditioning, it has all the necessary amenities. You will have 3 bedrooms upstairs. You will be accommodated in the renovated part, right side on the photos with the facade redone, only part rented.

You can also go and taste the nougat by going to Montélimar, which is a 10-minute drive away. Guests can enjoy the soft evenings in the garden over a barbecue. The village has everything you need for a great stay. 5 min to A7 motorway exit.
