Vacation rentals in Valas

I had a wonderful time, very calm and peaceful surroundings. Lovely cats and friendly hosts. The lodge was just as described. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful week in Casa 4 in Moita Nova. Very nice, small well-maintained complex and a great furnished apartment. The garden and sandbox are great for children, you can be in contact with other guests, but also have your peace. The daily breakfast was very tasty and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and welcome. A car is helpful, then you can make beautiful excursions in the area. We have discovered several great beaches, also for children. The nearest beach is 10 minutes away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pedro's place. The house had everything we needed and more. From pool towels to two coffee machines, one of which was a Smeg same as the one I have at home - a joy to see - the coffee drinkers on Airbnb will fully appreciate that. The host was great - quick to respond to any questions we had, gave great recommendations and was generally very helpful and friendly. We visited one of the restaurants upon recommendation and loved the food and the ocean view. The bottle of Muscatel upon arrival was a nice touch, too. The villa was in a rural location, which we were well aware of, and it was a conscious choice. Thankfully, the instructions we received to get there were so detailed that we found it very easily. Thanks for being a great host, Pedro! We would love to visit again!

We had a wonderful little getaway at this beautiful and place. Everything was put together with love and the hosts were very responsive and had a lot of recommendations!

What a lovely time we had at Susa's place. Charming, remote, well-appointed, filled with books and art. Truly a spectacular location. Unlike many Airbnbs that operate today, it was not a cookie-cutter pre-fab set up meant clearly only for rentals, but an actual lived in house, full of Susa's books (in Portuguese, German, AND English) and her art, her children's toys (which she kindly let our kids use), and her chickens that meander about at will. The yoga deck with Atlantic views—what a touch! We'd happily stay here again, and would recommend it to everyone we know.

We loved Armando and Miguel’s home. They were extremely kind and welcoming from the start. The place was clean and quiet - it’s the perfect place to relax for a few days. The garden is lovely and our dog was so happy running around as it is fully fenced off. We also enjoyed the fresh warm bread, fruit and pastries that they brought us on the first day. Such a lovely gesture. We didn’t want to leave!

Despite the slight mishap on arrival (other guests entered our accommodation by mistake and it was necessary to contact the owner in order to resolve the situation), everything was resolved quickly and effectively, with emphasis on Ana's work in cleaning the house in record time. The location is idyllic, with a wonderful view of the sea and a very nice pool, shared with the friendly “neighbors” of the house next door, and a barbecue space. Our stay, although short, was very pleasant. I would only recommend the purchase of 2 more chairs for the house, since it has capacity for 6 people but only had 4 chairs at the table. I would definitely come back for another moment of relaxation and tranquility. Thank you!

The place is definitely a treasure in the Algarve and a must. The two hosts are very warm and motivated, you felt very comfortable from the first moment. It is an amazing view including privacy in nature without sacrificing luxury. We strongly recommend booking breakfast. It was super rich (banana cake, fruit salad, eggs, salmon, etc.) all prepared with love and served flexibly. With the best view, you can completely unwind. Simply perfect. Don't make the mistake like we did and plan excursions during your stay there, but stay there and enjoy nature. Bring enough snacks and dinner with you. (Kitchen) The drive to the location was quite a shaky ride and a challenge for our Dacia Sandero Stepway but driving very slowly over the bumpy slope was completely sufficient. No problem and probably normal for such a nice remote place. We will be happy to come back! :)
