Vacation rentals with a balcony in Valais

In the center of Switzerland, we enjoyed the setting and activities an hour or two away. The space was spotless and quiet.

I liked it because the accommodation was bigger than I thought and so clean! It's really better than most Korean pensions, so the accommodation was so good throughout my stay. I kept saying that I made a good reservation. The water pressure was strong and the hot water came out well, so even though there was no kitchen towel, all the grease from the pork belly was removed. There are scrubbers, puffs, and even dishcloths. There was also a laundry dryer, and there was plenty of space in the living room, so it was good for hanging laundry. There was plenty of closet, storage space, and hangers, so I was able to stay comfortably like it was really my home. The air is so good that it's good to open the windows wide and ventilate, and the shower filter didn't change color at all, so I'm not sure if the water is really clean. The construction site view and noise right below, and the road to the accommodation was uphill, so it was a little difficult to drag the carrier. Nevertheless, the view of the north wall of the Eiger was really amazing. (Although the day was cloudy and rainy and covered with clouds) And it was only difficult when I checked in on the first day, but the bus stop was right in front of me, so I took the bus well. I bought a lot of groceries at the Coop Mart, so I took the bus right away when it was heavy. You can walk, but it's uphill, so it's hard. I failed to book a famous chalet, so I booked a lodging that was barely cooked. The conclusion was really satisfying. There was an elevator, and even though check-in was at 3, I arrived at 2 and was able to enter right away. The key was hard to open and close even when I went to other European countries. I got used to it by the time I left. The chalet is far from the grocery store, so it would have been inconvenient to move around, and I don't think it would be this spacious and pleasant, so I highly recommend this accommodation.

Lovely home with spectacular views. The stairs from the road up are interesting with luggage but the walk from the office to the home was an easy downhill. Beautiful traditional Swiss villa/home. NB no washing machine or hairdryer. There is an easy to use laundromat in Wengen. We really enjoyed our stay and made great use of our Swiss travel pass exploring the area around this region.

The apartment exceeded our expectations, it had everything you could possibly need, was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The view was exceptional and the close proximity to Tracouet Ski lift, the restaurants and shops was a huge plus! We can't wait to return next year! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic find right in the heart of Grindelwald. Plenty of space for our family of four. Fantastic, breathtaking views & easy access to restaurants, shopping, grocery store, Grindelwald First & the train station. We really enjoyed starting & ending our day out on the balcony taking in the view & fresh air. The beds & pillows were comfortable. Only downfall was sharing 1 shower amongst the 4 of us but we managed to make it work. There were 3 bathrooms though which was nice.

The surrounding of this place is beautiful. We travelled by car. The place had a sheltered parking next to the house. This is a great place to stay . The house is lovely. The location is v close to bus stop to Frutingen. Worth a visit.

We loved our stay at Roossihuus. The house felt instantly homely, was spacious and well equipped. The panoramic views of the mountains were absolutely stunning and were a pleasure to wake up to each day! We would definitely stay again :)

It is a rare find and the view is just amazing from the balcony and living room. We stayed as a family of 4 adults and it was very comfortable. It is walkable to the Lauterbrunnen City & Bahnhof. There is another bus stop at the Kirche from which you can take a bus to Stechelberg for Murren cable car or to Bahnhof. Host is very responsive before & during the stay which was very helpful. Just make sure to follow the sign “Ferienwohnung” from the parking as we were trying to find Stocki but got quick reply from the host. The place had everything described but don’t have a dishwasher in the kitchen. During one night the heater in the living room made some boiling sound for some hours which we reported, but it didn’t happen the next day so maybe because it’s an old system. If you find it available just book right away!

Nice cottage, comfortable and cozy. Nice location. Too bad the fireplace smoked quite a bit and therefore it was not possible to make a fireplace without having your eyes stinging...

lovely chalet, good location for the ski lifts and walkable. There is a ski locker that came with the villa at the ski lift so no need to walk back in ski gear. Would stay again

Nuce chalet with a fantastic view!

This place felt like a dream! Right in the center of the town, at a walking distance to the train station, restaurants and shops, yet very private and peaceful with spectacular views! The place was perfect with plenty of rooms and bathrooms, a great dining and living room with an adjacent well equipped kitchen. We had everything that we needed! The views are amazing, and you get to have exclusive view of the waterfall without any crowds. We look forward to coming here again and again!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The chalet is spacious, cozy and has the most amazing terrace and view. Duvets and beds are good and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and well functioning. Communication was easy - once you found out that it's not a traditional Airbnb but a rental agency behind the rental, so you have more people to communicate with. If you are visiting for skiing, it is a good idea to take the ski bus, as the road up to the city is very steep. Overall a great stay. Thank you for this time!

There were 8 of us and had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful chalet, even more beautiful than in the photos The view is extraordinary, the chalet is very well equipped and has real comfort for 8, each having its own living space (on 3 floors) The Nendaz resort is very pleasant at this iodine of the year for two. Lots of beautiful walks to do for young and old Communication was very easy and enjoyable with the agency We will be back!

I had an amazing experience staying at this property! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described (if not better). The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had every utensils I needed, the beds were super comfortable, and the living space was cozy and inviting. I especially appreciated the little touches – extra towels and a helpful guidebook with restaurant recommendations and local tips. The location was perfect – close to OESCHINENSEE cable car. but tucked away enough to feel private and peaceful. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt; they were incredibly helpful and made check-in and check-out effortless. Special thanks to Elena, who was super helpful and went above and beyond to provide an excellent stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free getaway!

The location is beautiful, and the home is great for a group. Fair warning on two items: 1) This home is in Wengen and can only be reached by taking the train from Lauterbrunnen, it will get expensive going back and forth between the two towns. 2) You will need to walk up several steep hills (10-15 min uphill walk) to get from the train station in Wengen to get to the home. If you aren’t capable of carrying all of your luggage that distance, you’re going to have a problem. Overall, the house is fine; it was clean, check-in was fine. Lighting wasn’t great in the home, but you’re not going to Lauterbrunnen to sit inside. If you’re relatively fit, tackle the hike from the home up to Kleine Scheidegg, it’s beautiful and a great workout.
