We enjoyed our stay at Vanessa and Viet’a place very much. The house is lovely, inside and out. The kitchen is a cook’s paradise, and we enjoyed getting groceries and making dinner. The neighborhood is great, with lots of great restaurants and bakeries nearby. It was also a short walk to multiple metro stations, making it easy to get around Paris.

We (4 adults and 5 children) had four wonderful days in Paris and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. 🍀 On our arrival, there was no parking space available on the street, but the host let us park in the courtyard – very nice! ⭐️ The house was cozy, clean and reminded me of my childhood – I felt at home. ⭐️ The bedding was fresh and comfortable – better than in many hotels. ⭐️ ⚠️ An important note for families with small children: A staircase in the house is not secured – you have to be careful. You can even barbecue in the yard – very pleasant! ☑️ The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, the RER station is nearby – ideal for reaching the center. ⭐️ The hosts were super friendly, helpful and available at all times. ⭐️ One more thing to note: There is a lovely cat 🐈that freely goes in and out of the house. Feeding once a day – no problem for us. Allergy sufferers should know this beforehand. Thank you very much for

3 Californians ladies stayed at Stephanie and Xuan’ home. We loved the privacy of their house with windows looking over a secret garden, well watered by the custodian. I woke up with the sound of the birds singing. I appreciated that the house has a soul, especially with the choice of fine ancient crockery. It reminded me of the house of my French grandmother. It’s easy to walk to the heart of Paris following the Rue Saint-Jacques. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly. Above all else, Stephanie is the queen of communication. I will come back to the house of Stephanie and Xuan for my next visit to Paris.

This place is a must. It is only a 20 min train ride to Paris on RER C or D which both stations are only 2 bus stops from the house depending on where you’re going. I suggest you get the Navigo Decouvre card. Her place is welcoming surrounded by bakeries , stores and restaurants along the way. Joelle herself is the nicest lady I met in Paris always helping out . Would definitely come back .

Nice place in a great neighbourhood close to the metro. Very quiet place to relax at the end of a busy day visiting the sites.

This is my second time staying at this location. It was great for our girls trip previously and family trip this year. The separation of space on the different levels gave everyone their own space. There is a friendly garden cat, I think named “Me-Moo”, that welcomed us home most nights and made it feel homey and Parisian. Very close to the Metro Line 2 which made commuting in the city very easy. We unfortunately had a lot of flight travel issues but were luckily able to extend on the back end. Yves, was very accommodating when our departure flight was delayed and allowed us to check out a couple hours late (there were no guests arriving the day we departed). Thank you and I hope to visit again.

Thanks to Como and Juliette for the great family stay at their pretty house in Vincennes. Everything was perfect. The cleanliness of the house, its equipment, including a parking space in a garage, the proximity to many shops and restaurants as well as public transport. Everything was impeccable and as described. A special mention for Como's excellent responsiveness to our requests and for the delicate attention. Thank you again. I mentioned a good value for money and not a very good one but you have to take into account the size of the house (4 bedrooms), the period (JO Paris 2024) and especially the (exorbitant) commission of Air BnB. Maybe that's the only problem.

What a delight to stay at this apartment in the 7Arr. We felt like we were living like true Parisiennes! Just far away from the crowds but close enough to be able to easily walk to attractions. Plus there are 2 great metro stations within 7min walking distance. Terrific boulangerie a couple doors down. The apartment itself is inviting and perfectly cool for hot summer days. And being able to make a meal rather than always eat in restaurants is such a pleasure. We were so happy staying in Denis and Aingret’s apartment. Merci beaucoup!!

Lily’s place was wonderful! Had everything you need to be a comfy space away from your own! Loved the small details and amenities that were provided! Will definitely come back in the future.

My family had a wonderful time at Mawei' and Antoine's house. Very clean and the bath was truly amazing! lThe area is very peaceful and there's many stores and restaurants around - as well as buses and metros. Recommend!

This unit is located on a very quiet residential dead-end, with a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro, and a 5 minute walk to the tram. There’s a ton of food nearby and a tiny grocery store to buy staples. The host was amazing and entry to get in was super easy. We had zero problems at all, which was great!

We had a nice stay in Mr. Khaled's pavilion, we thank him from the bottom of our heart. I highly recommend it!!!

We booked this place last minute due to a flight cancellation. It’s lovely. If you are a family with kids, it would be such a great fit. It would as a great fit for our group of three. We appreciated the fan, the sound blocking windows, and the well equipped kitchen. It’s a bit outside of Paris, but we liked exploring the area around the place. Montreuil is definitely a place where people live and work. I felt lucky to get to be part of it for a bit.

We had a wonderful experience in all aspects of staying in the quiet house. The place is beautiful, comfortable, and very efficient. It is quiet and secure. The location couldn’t be better. We were able to walk to or access the metro for all our outings. The house is in the heart of the city and we enjoyed the some of the best museums, parks, and food in the world. It allowed home comforts in a luxury atmosphere. We are grateful to Luc for the opportunity to experience a slice of Paris neighborhood living and will look to stay in his home again for future visits.

Yvan and his wife Catherine were outstanding hosts. We were over from the Olympics with a number of people coming and going, our requirements weren’t always simple . Yvan responded whenever asked , be it organizing restaurant bookings demonstrating how to connect his tv to British output , introducing us to local cheese and wine merchants who came to the house and gave us a five star evening. We feel we made some new friends …. They were truly outstanding in every sense and made our experience in Paris for the Olympics special in many ways. He was extremely helpful with transport advice too … There can’t be a better Air BNB host out there .

The DML-LMP team has excellent staff, from booking to check-in for the key handover. Thibaud hosted us very well, flexible and attentive because we were surprised by the traffic jams. The house met all our expectations, spacious, warm, friendly with a large reception table. The veranda delighted children and parents with its foosball table, so phones and screens were put away for a real moment of sharing and conviviality. The kitchen is equipped with quality amenities, utensils and appliances. The stay is very pleasant with its spacious sofa. Cozy rooms with quality bedding and very clean. The premises are fully consistent with the photos on the site. The whole family was delighted and we recommend it. Thanks for this good and merry Christmas.

small studio cottage in a good location. Train station, supermarket, bakery, pastry shop, pharmacy nearby. I enjoyed my short stay.
