A 10min des portes de Paris, plusieurs moyens de transports vous y emmènent : le bus 132 à 2min à pied, le Tramway T9 à 10min à pied qui vous amène à paris en 7min, le RER C Vitry-sur-Seine à 15min à pied qui dessert les lieux touristiques de Paris: Gare d’Austerlitz en 10min, Saint Michel en 14min, la Tour Eiffel en 24min!

Composed of a bathroom, an equipped kitchen (kettle, nespresso, fridge, microwave and hob) as well as a large room of 21m² serving as living room and bedroom. The garden and its equipment (barbecue, table, deckchairs, ...) are accessible but can be shared with us. Located 15 minutes from the RER A between Paris and Chessy, and 5 minutes from the banks of the Marne. The entire city center is accessible on foot.

In a quiet area, this single-story apartment is ideally located for a romantic weekend, or a vacation with friends or family, 1 km from the city center and the Caillebotte property with its 11-hectare park, and 1.5 km from the Sénart forest. The train station is a 5-minute walk away, the RER D will take you to the heart of Paris in 25 minutes. Also close to Disneyland Park by train, bus or car in less than 40 minutes!
