À la hauteur du respect que nous portons à nos aînés, nous l’avons rénovée avec tout notre cœur en sauvegardant son âme d’antan. Conservant ses poutres, ses pierres et en y apportant par touches du confort et de la modernité. Les songes d’Augustine, c’est une vieille dame qui met sa tenue du dimanche, c’est la douceur de son patio fleuri et ombragé, c’est une jolie cuisine équipée parce qu’elle a le goût du Sud.

Nature, serenity, authenticity Nestled at an altitude of 500 meters in Notre-Dame-de-la-Rouvière, Le Nid is a place of renewal. This former silkworm farm, spanning 115 m² on three levels and featuring a private 60 m² courtyard with a shaded arbor, mezzanine, and hammock, invites relaxation and contemplation with its view of the trees and the Cévennes mountains. Numerous hikes start from the house, the river at the bottom of the village, a grocery store, and an organic bakery.

Un bassin naturel non chauffé situé sur une terrasse est utilisable l’été en fonction de la météo. Maison totalement équipée de tout l’équipement moderne (climatiseur réversible, poêle à bois, cuisine équipée). Accès par chemin de terre privé d’environ 200 mètres (attention aux voitures basses).
