Wonderful place to spend a weekend (or even the whole week) with family and friends. The bungalow was modern, well equipped and had its own private swimming pool. The mountain views from the balconies are really pic-worthy. The location is good and close to the dam and waterfalls. The caretaker staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Jeevan, who was always available at a quick phone call and went out of his way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We had a memorable stay here and really enjoyed our time. There are a few good restaurants nearby and you can order and pickup food. Overall, this is one of the best places to stay in Igatpuri.

Okay, so we just got back from our stay at this little gem, and I had to rave about it! From the moment we booked, Shubham was super responsive and helpful, answering all our questions. Finding the place was a breeze, and check-in was smooth as butter. The apartment itself? Seriously cute! It’s exactly as pictured - maybe even more . Everything was spotless and it felt so homey and welcoming. The budget room was a major highlight - we spent a lot of time out there sipping coffee and just relaxing. The location was awesome too! It was so easy to get around and explore all that Marol Andheri has to offer. We walked to Airport , and it was a beautiful stroll. Honestly, if you’re looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in Andheri Marol , look no further. This Airbnb is the real deal! We had such a great time and would definitely book again. Good place. Slightly in the interior, but still a good place to stay. The beach is near, which is a plus point. The host is super responsive and accommodates your requests.

The stay was amazing. There was no interference. The host was very helpful. He allowed an early check-in as well since there was no booking a day prior. He also called to check if we needed anything. Beautiful place, had all the amenities. I would definitely recommend the place.

Purvi’s stay was a very comfortable place to chill at . The location is prime , good bars and Cafés not very far . Arjun is a great communicator and it feels like talking to a friend with the comfort that he generates . A good place for someone who is out for some trip or just a getaway like me . We had an amazing time at this property the rooms were clean, the washrooms well sanitized and the staff incredibly friendly and supportive. The food had a delicious Desi touch, and there were no restrictions on using the pool or playing music of course till you follow the guidelines. The spacious pool easily accommodated 20 people, and we enjoyed playing cricket in the large open area. As it was our office trip everyone was amazed and started planning for next trip again a special thanks to Muskan Ji for her constant support. Highly recommended worth every penny!

Sumit is the best host I have had on Airbnb, he will go out of his way to make sure you are comfortable. The place is very clean and quiet, tons of amenities incl a big swimming pool, gym, and yoga place. You can get everything you need at a 5 Min walking distance. The place is very safe with building security and it is very close to the airport. Highly recommend Sumit he is my first choice as far as accommodation is concerned in Mumbai

First of all, If you are looking for an escape away from huzz and buzz of the city, just book this place. Privately located matching every description to the point with stunning bhimashankar hills standing tall with all its charm. On a rainy day, you will see hundreds of waterfalls, clouds literally bowing down to you at the gazebo on the second floor. Pool was pristine clear and literally we were there the whole day. Badminton, Cards, Cricket name it and you have it. Huge shoutout to sonali & shankar for being such beautiful hosts from the moment of booking to check out who hav handpicked every single furnitures to elevate the plushness of the property. Vivek & Tanaji, the caretakers were more like family members who even kept an eye for our group of kids around, always available at call. Stunning food they served was mind-blowing and suggestions of quantity were precise. Worth every penny to enjoy with your gang or to unwind yourself. Highly recommend the property for its charm.

Although host was not available in person but he was available all the time over phone call The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They have inhouse cook. Foods were Ok but need some more items to be included in menu. Phoenix Stays is a great property to stay with family and friends. I have booked this property for my mother and her friends. The staff was very helpful . The host Rohan was himself was present over there and took extremely good care of the guest. The property is exactly same as shown in photos. I would recommend this property if you want to have a comfortable stay with friends and family.

Excellent stay. Cabin is very remote and makes for a really unique experience. Everything is true to the pictures posted. The view is brilliant - there were flamingos in the lake when we were there! Food is tasty but has limited options as is expected with such a remote property. Amruta (the host) is easily accessible and very nice. They make soaps, honey etc which are also of excellent quality. The one thing to beware of is that since there is so much nature and greenery around, there are a lot of bugs that enter the cottage so keep the lights in the bedroom off always and carry a bug spray if possible.
