Blue and sea vol2 is an ideal holiday home. The house is literally on the sea. It's comfortable and bright, with rest areas. On its large veranda-balcony you can enjoy the view and relax. It is close to Koutsouras, Makrygialos where there are Super Markets and restaurants, coffee shops etc. Near to home there are the organized beaches of Achlia, Galini, Agia Fotia. Nearby villages for exploring the mountains Oreino, the Shinokapsala, and the famous Dasaki of Koytsoyra with a local taverna.

Relax and experience real Cretan village life. The authentic cottage has been renovated in the original style and equipped with every comfort. The house is two hundred years old and over 25 years in family ownership (first foreigner in the village). A beautiful view of the mountains from the (partially) covered roof terrace. Close to Ierapetra and the sea with lovely rustic beaches. On the square 200 meters away from the house, there is delicious local food and it is dirt cheap.

It is a new house, was built in 2008 but we didn't use it, until June 2017 that we decided to put it for rent for Airbnb. 800 meters from the Potami beach of Lasithi, or 10 minutes walking with maps. 650 meters from the main road that has a bus stop with hourly schedules. 3.3 kilometers or 6 minutes with car from the city of Ierapetra. It is 127 square meters. It can be rented, always the whole, by 1 of up to 10 people.

Please check our discounts depending on the number of the overnight stays! "Spitaki" means "The Little House" in greek! Spitaki is just outside the town of Ierapetra and just 2 minutes on foot from a Blue-Flag-awarded beach. We provide beach towels and chairs. Spitaki is an independent and safe residence (around 38 sq m), with a yard (around 40 sq m) full of flowers. There are fields and houses around. The walking distance to the centre of the town is around 25 min. Welcome!
