Lage: Direkt unterhalb vom Schloss Solitude gelegen, direkt am Wald, Spielplatz, Bauernhof und U-Bahn (U6) Haltestelle (ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß). In ca. 25 Min. sind Sie mit der U-Bahn in Stuttgart am Hauptbahnhof / Schlossplatz. Gut ohne Auto erreichbar. Bitte mind. 24h vor Anreise die ungefähre Ankunftszeit mitteilen. Ansonsten ist ein flexibler CheckIn nicht gewährleistet.

Welcome to the south of Stuttgart! The apartment - on the 5th floor with a wonderful view over Stuttgart's south - is very quiet and located near Marienplatz. Public transport and restaurants can be reached quickly. The Marienhospital is about 10 minutes away on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend im 2.Stock eines 6 Familienhauses mit Ausblick auf Leonberg. Die Küche verfügt über eine gemütliche Essnische und ist voll ausgestattet. Die schöne Altstadt ist nur 600m entfernt. Nach Stuttgart-Zentrum sind es 15 km und zum Flughafen 24km. Mit dem Auto über A8 / A81 und Schnellstrasse nach Stuttgart sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Zur Bushaltestelle 1 min. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende.

In Fußläufiger Entfernung befindet sich der Marktplatz/Hauptbahnhof (ca. 15-20 min.), die notwendigen Lebens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich über die Straße. Das Apartment wurde im Jahr 2020 neu eingerichtet.
