The house was built in 1917. Since we took over the house in 2021, we have completely renovated the house from basement to attic. The main floor consists of a modern kitchen and bathroom, dining table, pleasant TV room and a total of 4.5 bedrooms. In the outdoor living room you can use both the barbecue and the pizza grill. The house is located 4 km from Grotlesanden, there is a path 50 meters from the house that can take you to both Vetvika, Veten and many more local peaks. It is possible to rent an apartment in the basement in addition (here referred to as living room 2) with kitchen, bathroom and double sofa bed

Newly renovated timber house from 1893 in peaceful surroundings centrally located in Leikanger. Stadlandet is known for its magnificent nature, chalk-white beaches, waves, great hiking terrain and changing weather. Here you can combine an active holiday with peace and quiet. The house is located 200 meters from the shop, pub, hairdresser, coffee bar, bakery, restaurant and hotel. If you want activity you will find a tennis court, football stadium, activity track at the school, pump track and playground 500 meters from the house. Stadplattået with great mountain walks right by.

Cozy house with soul :) Large garden and great views! Quiet neighborhood - little noise and disturbance even if it is close to the city center. Less than 5 min walk to beach, shop, park, cafe, pub and gym. 30 min to surfing beaches Hodddevik and Ervik. About an hour from the shopping center, opera house, cinema and ski resort. A small boat/kayak ride from the island of Selja and the monastery complex. Great illuminated stairs and hiking trail almost right behind the house. Many amazing mountain hikes nearby. 5 h boat trip Selje-Bergen

On the private quay you can enjoy the fjord view from the wood-fired hot tub. Washing machine and tumble dryer, bed linen, towels and wood to fire in the oven in the house are included.
