Rosa Mare is a beach house. It started as the home of my grandparents, Rosa and Manuel, humble people dedicated to the land and fishing. They had 13 children. It is a family home, in a quiet and wonderful location, close to the estuary, the beach and the forest. Single-story, accessible house with large rooms, work area, living room in common with the kitchen/dining room, salamander, patio and barbecue. Ideal for vacation or remote work. Close to Aveiro, but with the tranquility of the countryside and the seaside.

Building has elevator . 2 balconies , one with built in BBQ. 2 bedrooms,2 complete bathrooms with walk in shower, 2 living rooms with sofa bed . Sleeps up to 6 people. Includes towels, kitchen dishes and utensils, linens, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and more! Many restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and shops. Daily activities and shows during the summer months.

Ria Refuge with pool

Home ideal for family vacations, for 10 people, modern home with comfort. Kitchen equipped with balcony, 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with a view over the Ria de Aveiro, one is suite. The kitchen has a balcony with views over the ria where you can taste your meals. In the garage we created a game room. The house is situated near the center of Vagos, 5 minutes from the center by car where you can find all the necessary services for a good vacation. Forbidden by group under 30 years of age.

Atlantic Spot House is situated 600m to Poco da Cruz beach (10min walk) and 2.2miles from Praia de Mira. This listing is for the Full house! All 6x rooms have their own private bathroom, AC and a flat screen TV. Full Kitchen with Fridge-Freezer and Dining table. The House also has a barbecue and a Roof Top. Hot Tub is only available in July and August (can be requested outside of this period at an extra cost, subject to availability please request)
