Marion's place was just outstanding. Unbelievable views, roomy, comfortable, clean place with all of the ammenities that we needed. With such an amazing place, the best part was the host. Marion was so very helpful - we were trying to plan our ferry and hike to Kallur Lighthouse, and she really helped us with understanding the logistics. Not to mention, the ferry is less than a 5 minute drive from the house. Otherwise, we had several questions and she was extremely responsive and helpful to all of them. We would 100% stay at Marion's place again!

Really cozy apartment in a nice and quite surrounding overlooking the fjord. We had everything we needed and the apartment gets warm quickly with the heating. You just have to be aware that it is quite a drive to get to the spots because the cute little town is at the far end of a road but everything isn’t far on the Faroe.

Nestled in a quiet corner of Torshavn, overlooking the water. Beautiful, peaceful, well-designed place. Would happily stay here again.

En dejlig lejlighed med en skøn udsigt. Ren og pæn. Central beliggenhed. Fin velkomst . Det eneste lille minus var manglende beskrivelse af, hvordan opvaskemaskinen startes. Alt i alt var vi meget tilfredse med lejligheden.

Nos encantó la estancia en el apartamento. Muy amplio y agradable, con todas las cosas que necesitábamos. Repetiríamos sin duda.

Wir sind 2 Motorradfahrer und nutzen Sunneva Wohnung 3 Tage als unser "Basislager". Die Wohnung befindet sich im Keller und ist komplett ausgestattet. Wir freuten uns über sehr gute bequeme große Betten. Für Familien mit einem kleinen Kind wäre sogar ein Kinderbett da. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, sodass man sich selbst verpflegen kann. WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei in der Küche und Wohnzimmer. In den Schlafzimmern bedingt. Unsere Motorräder konnten wir direkt vor dem Eingang parken. Wir fanden, es waren 3 sehr schöne Tage hier gewesen. Vielen Dank sagen Jörg & Gerald aus Sachsen/Deutschland

En lille perle – vi kommer gerne igen! Vi havde et helt fantastisk ophold! Lejligheden var fuldstændig som beskrevet – der var alt, hvad vi havde brug for, og det hele var i perfekt stand og meget indbydende. Man føler sig hjemme med det samme. Udsigten var noget helt særligt – vi kunne sidde i timevis og bare nyde roen og kigge ud. Det gjorde virkelig noget for oplevelsen. Marita var hurtig til at svare og havde tydelige instruktioner til check in. Alt i alt et dejligt sted, som vi varmt kan anbefale.

Anfinn’s unit is clean and quiet, it is close to all the beautiful surroundings, SMS mall and restaurants, it is easy to get here from another island or go to the airport in another island. I highly recommend this place and will come visit again.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in schöner Lage und wundervoller Umgebung. Altes Gebäude in gutem Zustand, alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Das Badezimmer sollte etwas renoviert werden, war aber für uns völlig in Ordnung. Nomi ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Sie kommuniziert schnell, informativ und sehr freundlich. Auf den Färöern ist fast alles teuer, was auch für die Unterkünfte gilt. Nomis Haus hat einen fairen Preis, mit dem man gut zufrieden sein kann. Sehr gerne würden wir es wieder mieten!

Ingrids hus i Vestmanna er enestående. Vi var af sted en familie på fire og stedet fungerede så godt som vores base. To gode værelser, en stue med den smukkeste udsigt udover bygden og et meget veludstyret køkken. Vi kommer meget gerne igen.

Siamo felici di aver soggiornato in questa casa per un'esperienza unica che ci ha fatto fare un salto nel tempo e nello spazio. Arrivare alle Faroe è stato come essere trasportati in un’altra dimensione, soggiornare nella casa di Marianna aiuta a riscoprire il fascino di un tempo dimenticato. Un ambiente caldo e avvolgente dove anche lo scricchiolio delle assi del pavimento ti fa sentire bene. La casa è in una posizione splendida e tranquilla. Logisticamente in posizione strategica per raggiungere tutte le località delle Faroe. C’è tutto quello che serve per stare bene e per sentirsi parte del fantastico mondo di queste isole. Necessario infine un sano giusto spirito di adattamento: l’accesso al bagno da una botola non è del tutto agevole e l’altezza del soffitto del bagno è inferiore a 1.75m. Detto questo, io sono alto 1.80 ma ci tornerei sicuramente ...

Absolutely stunning views and peaceful environment. The house was easily found and entry so smooth. To come from as far as Australia and find a cosy place in the Faeroes with great amenties and such a comfortable place to stay was fabulous. Well appointed, lovely kictchen, living areas, sleeping areas and views to die for - it was just what we wanted. Kristgunn was a wonderful host, and even asked ahead of time if we wanted the hot tub heated. We did, and a couple of evenings relaxing in the tub looking at the harbour and birds and views after days of hiking, tours and sightseeing was simply marvellous. Kitchen was well appointed allowing us to cook up lovely meals. Bathroom lovely, and could relax in the comfy living room. Would recommend this highly to anyone wanting a beautiful experience in the Faroes.

This was such a perfect place to stay - I was disappointed we only had one night! Short but sweet... The house is very quirky and quaint, I absolutely loved it! The location is perfect and we arrived while there was a football match on within view of the living room, so the town was very lively but peaceful afterwards! Sunneva was very welcoming and we had everything we needed. Highly recommended to others.

Wow, what a special place! It was an honor to stay in Annika’s family home. Such a peaceful and serene setting, and the house is lovely, clean and open. The view over the fjord is absolutely stunning. It was lovely to walk on the property, especially with all the sheep and lamb. Annika is an amazing host. Highly recommend!

A very good stay in Kvivik. The house is very pleasant and comfortable. It is very well equipped. The views from the various windows are superb over the village, the ocean and the surrounding mountains, particularly the island of Vágar opposite. The village of Kvivik is very well located for visiting some of the most remarkable natural sites in the Faroes. Marjun was very responsive and friendly in her contacts with us. She is very keen to make people love this family home from her childhood. Thank you, Marjun. We will be back again.

Vi har kun godt at sige om denne lejlighed. Den er super hyggelig, rummelig, meget ren, privat/stille og udstyret med alt hvad man har brug for. Komfortable senge. Dejlig tagterasse med en fantastisk udsigt. Perfekt beliggenhed, tæt på havnen, butikker og restauranter. Billederne i opslaget stemmer helt overens med virkeligheden. Beatrice gav gode tips til, hvad man kan udforske på Færøerne, restauranter m.m og svarede meget hurtigt på spørgsmål. Vi havde nogle skønne dage, og vender gerne tilbage til det naturskønne Færøerne og denne lejlighed igen.

We loved staying at Benita’s place. Benita left us snacks and drinks upon arrival and was super responsive to any questions. The ocean view out the window was terrific, and the place was great to come back to after long days of walking, hiking, driving around the islands, etc. And it’s just a quick 5 minute drive into Torshavn, or a 20 minute walk. Everything was just as advertised!

Rent och fräscht boende med alla bekvämligheter man behöver. Några minuters promenad till närmaste matbutik och till centrum. Vi tänker oss att turister på Färöarna inte tar sovmorgon, det kan också upplevas svårt att göra eftersom det är väldigt lyhört i bostaden. Man hör alla fotsteg men för oss gjorde inte detta något, vi skulle ju kliva upp för att utforska öarna varje dag. Vi rekommenderar det här boendet. Trevlig värd och bra läge!

Io e mia moglie abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni in questo splendido appartamento. Molto pulito e funzionale. Tanto spazio, Cucina ben attrezzata, tanti elettrodomestici, una grande Smart TV, ma soprattutto vista stupenda. La posizione è ottima per visitare le Isole Faroe, in poco tempo si può raggiungere la capitale è tutte le isole. Non ci sono molti ristoranti vicino, per quelli bisogna spostarsi nella capitale che comunque dista solo 30 minuti. A 10 minuti c’è un supermercato ben fornito. Raccomandiamo questo appartamento a tutti quelli che vogliono godersi la pace delle Isole Faroe con una posizione strategica ma anche super tranquilla.
