Here are crooked angles, low ceilings, and a somewhat steep staircase up to the ceiling, but good to walk on where 2 bedrooms and bathroom are. On the ground floor there is the hallway, the living room and the kitchen, which has been gently renovated two years ago. It overlooks the lake and the high mountains from the windows.

Dagmar's house in Eiði was lovely. It's centrally located in the village, just opposite the town church. There's a convenient parking spot right out front. The interior was nicely decorated, and the house works well for a single traveler such as myself; it also, however, would work well for larger groups or families, as there are multiple bedrooms. This was a great place to stay while exploring the northern Faroes!

Lydia’s place was really great and I enjoyed my 10 days in Klaksvik staying here. I really appreciated the modern washer and dryer. The water pressure in the shower was great also. The view out the window is amazing and never gets boring to look at as the light changes throughout the day on the hills. The beds are comfortable but it would be nice if maybe one of the rooms was a double bed instead of joined twin singles as they can move apart in the night. But overall this is a great place to stay and Lydia was very accommodating when I needed early checkin! I would recommend this place to any one staying in Klaksvik

The location is beautiful, facing the ocean with two access paths to the seaside. Two windows overlook the ocean from the dining room. Everything is very quiet and the activity upstairs is very modest and quite bearable, not annoying at all. The living room is a little dark, not facing the view but very comfortable, with blankets and comfortable cushions. The bedding is excellent, and the bathroom is functional. the decoration is suitable and tasteful. The kitchen is very well equipped, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave and dishwasher. Nancy helped us a lot during the marathon so that we didn't get stuck in the roadblocks. Recommended without hesitation.
