Caasa Tranquilla Somatane is a dreamy, cozy and close-to-nature getaway perfect for family outings. Thankful to the host and the house caretaker (Balu) who do a fantastic job in ensuring that the property looks spick and new everytime you check-in for a stay. Best part about the property is their huge beautiful garden area which is perfect for your pets. My pet was the happiest to have found a home away from home at the huge yet homely property. I must recommend this place for those who really want to stay within the lush greenery. This place is excellent for the Family with kids. Property is situated under the perfect natural environment. The caretakers will take care of your all requirements. The food which they cooked for us was the best home made food. The swimming pool was extremely clean and well maintained. Last but not the least, owner is very friendly and he will answer your all doubts and fullfill all your requests promptly.

I stayed at this place with my wife and I must say it was worth every penny. very responsive and approachable host, she has given contact of Mr. Nandlal who has made all his effort to feel like home away home. I would highly recommend this place if you're planning a personal/official trip nearby Talegaon, PratiShridi temple etc. Thank you Priyanka and Nandlal sir for all your help during our stay.

I had a really great experience staying at this apartment. It looked exactly like the pictures and felt the same too. Everything was perfect. There was no disturbance, and I didn’t face any problems during my stay. The apartment was very clean —the washrooms, rooms, and hall all looked neat and gave a luxurious feel. The view from the balcony was also amazing. The best part is that the place is completely safe and also couple-friendly, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is great — just outside the colony, there’s a mall and Domino’s within walking distance. Everything you need is easily available. Overall, it was an amazing experience. I really felt like staying longer. Thank you so much! I will definitely visit again very soon.

The first thing you notice when you reach the property or on your way to the property is how close it is to the waterfront, and the fact that the boating and other activities are literally within 5 mins distance. But more importantly, the place is so beautiful, the deck at the entrance of the house was the place we spent so much time at, because of all the trees planted within the property which led to birds of all kinds coming to peck the flowers. The main house contains a double bed, spacious sitting and a large very airy space. The TV isn't much usable but then you didn't come here to watch the TV, now did you? There is another room across the property which also has a double bed, and basic amenities. There is a lawn in between both rooms and also a net to play badminton. All in all, just loved the location of the property and the house itself was so beautifully done, we stayed 2 days and enjoyed our time to the fullest. Planning another trip with friends soon

We stayed at The Mulberry farms for two nights and had the best stay we have had in maharashtra. Shamit’s place was exactly as described and probably even better than we expected. Shamit (the host) was very responsive and friendly from the time we booked to the time we left. The caretaker Naresh did an excellent job with the food and looking after us. The location of the property and the detail in everything is exceptional. You can tell the owners really love and value what they’ve built . Everything was spotless clean and very comfortable. The plus point is the beautiful pool which is pretty rare for stand alone homes in Mulshi. We will be back very soon ♥️
