Cozy and peaceful new two-room apartment in a great location in the city center. 400 m to Vaasa railway station, 600 m to the city center, 350 m to the nearest grocery store. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and a living room with a sofa bed that is best suited for one adult/two children, as well as an open kitchen with dishes and a conservatory that serves as a balcony. On the 4th floor of the elevator house. Opposite the house there is a large affordable parking space. SMOKING AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED!

The cottage is beautifully situated on Norrbacken next to the forest. Within a three-kilometer radius, there are swimming beaches, hiking and biking trails and the "meteorite crater" Söderfjärden where thousands of cranes stop over in the spring and autumn. Norrbacken is an idyllic hill with small farms, forest paths and little traffic. Our accommodation is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families. We welcome guests from all over the world and can communicate in English if needed.

The house has an equipped kitchen with stove, oven, washer, coffee maker and an electric kettle. A crib and a high chair are also available. Beautiful and cosy apartment of 110 m2 near the center of Vaasa. To the center 650 meters and to the seaside 400 meters. Free parking in nearby streets. The whole apartment is available for the guests. We can accommodate 8 persons, 6 in the bedrooms and 2 in the living room (a sofa bed). The beds are ready made. The apartment has an electric sauna and a cooling air heat pump (air conditioner) with remote control in the living room.
