The house has 3 floors, only 2 floors (ground floor+basement) are in use for you. Nobody is using the upper floor. 700 meters to the nearest swimming beach. Rowing boat below the house. Lägenheten har sovalkov, badrum, öppet kök i kombination med vardagsrum, badrum samt ett sovloft. Det ingår sängkläder, handdukar. På gården finns höns, i närheten betar får. På Bergö finns även butik.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende vid vattnet. Byn har att erbjuda kommunal simstrand med grill möjligheter, gungor och volleybollsnät, där finns även en frisbeegolf bana. Även två vandringsleder Karikaleden och Öijskataleden finns i byn. För fiskeintresserade finns två båtutläggningsplatser, varav det ena strax i närheten av boendet. Fina vintrar går även kommunens skidspår förbi boendet.
