Our listed holiday home with approx. 95 square meters of living space is located close to the old town of Nideggen. Between the market square and the castle, quietly located but still in the middle of the action. In a few minutes you can reach the center of Nideggen with its beautiful cafes and restaurants, where there is sure to be something for everyone. It is about 100 m to the castle. From our house you can also start wonderful hikes to the surrounding area such as the Rurtal or the climbing rocks.

Eifelloft21 Monschau & Lake Eifel

The Eifelloft21 is located above the charming little village of Hammer. It is renovated, but the charm of the wooden house has been preserved. The semi-detached house offers space for two people on approx. 50 square meters. Thanks to the open living concept, you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere. Only the toilet is separated by a door. From the living room with open kitchen you enter the balcony. Close to Rursee, Hohe Venn and Monschau. Price includes 5% Eifel overnight stay package.

Located on the banks of the Ourthe and the Ravel, this pleasant house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, an American pool table and a games room. It is located in the heart of the charming village of Comblain-au-Pont, supermarket, Post Office, Museum, bar, restaurants... everything is nearby. It's an ideal place, thanks to the enclosed garden and covered terrace, to spend a few vacation days with friends and family. Check-in and checkout only on Fridays and Mondays.

Our home is a house with a floor, so there are also stairs. Pets are not allowed.

This guest house is located in the heart of Haspengouw. The Kluis van Vrijhern and the Wijngaerdbos are within walking distance, and various hiking trails pass through them. The house has been recently renovated and equipped with the necessary comfort. Through the terrace, you get access to the garden with a lovely Jacuzzi that you can enjoy for free. TV, wireless internet and music system are available. There is a private parking space in front of the house.

In the Jekerkwartier, close to the city center, in one of the oldest parts of the city where the river "Jeker" runs under the state, is our very quiet house. By means of a narrow staircase, you reach the 2nd floor where the kitchen, living room, toilet and the first bedroom with two single beds are located. On the 4th floor, you will find the second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom without toilet but with walk-in shower, two sinks and a washing machine.

The natural stone floor is equipped with underfloor heating. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a shower room. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and one bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), which can also be put together.

Our quiet, very well-kept vacation home is located in a former vacation park. The 240 houses blend charmingly into the landscape. Approximately 5% of the houses are used for tourist purposes. Our vacation home has a garden, north and south terrace with great views. Adjacent meadows lead to the nearby forest. ATTENTION: From 01/01/2023 we will have to increase the cost of the electricity consumed to €0.45 per kWh!
