This charming cottage (3-star rating) is completely renovated in a quiet hamlet surrounded by forest. The cottage is 12 minutes from Cahors, 6 minutes from the A20 motorway exit Cahors-Nord, 40 minutes from the most beautiful sites of Occitania ( St-Cirq-Lapopie, Rocamadour, Le Gouffre de Padirac, etc.). Exteriors: Parking space, independent entrance, hanging terrace. The owners' house is attached to the property. Animals present: dog, cats, chickens, rooster.

Close to the Dordogne and the most beautiful sites of the Lot such as Gourdon medieval town 10 minutes away, the caves of Cougnac, the castles of Périgord, Sarlat, Rocamadour, Cahors. Or simply disconnect and enjoy the calm by the pool for a barbecue or aperitif with stunning views of the valley.

The house is a 5-minute drive from Lake Catus and 15 minutes from Cahors. The house is located on a plot of more than 3000 m2, partially fenced. It is at the end of the road and access is via a private path (so no car passage around at all) There is a 30 m2 closed kennel.

It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

Ideally located between Rocamadour, Cahors and Sarlat, this sheepfold transformed into a 100 m2 cottage on 2 levels is in the heart of a village with essential shops, grocery store, bakery, butcher shop, hairdresser and pharmacy. Our 3-star cottage has Wi-Fi and reversible air conditioning throughout the property. The beds will be made for your arrival. We welcome one pet per stay. We clean at the end of the stay free of charge
