Beachfront vacation rentals in Uvita Beach

Kim and Rene are amazing hosts, they are super friendly people. The house is equipped with all necessary stuff to do your vacations a success. I'd definitely come back. Extremely recommended!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Strand runter haben wir leider nicht zu Fuss gefunden aber mit dem Auto ist man auch schnell unten. Alle Zimmer haben Aircondition. Alles war sauber und ordentlich . Es hat eine grosse Waschmaschine und einen Tumbler, den wir nutzen konnten. Also wie Probleme mit dem Ofen hatten, hat Cindy sofort reagiert ( obwohl es schon spät war) und eine Lösung gefunden. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Einfach aber zur Info, das 3. Zimmer befindet sich unten und unsere Kids hatten ein bisschen Angst dort allein zu schlafen - lag aber auch an dem Gewitter was wir so ziemlich jeden Abend hatten🙈

Love the place! Monkeys right outside the window, ocean views and surrounded by jungle. The house is a large 1 bedroom with a large living room with cozy big couch, balcony off of the living room and big bedroom and bathroom. Everything we needed and more so will definitely keep it at the top of our list for another visit - very soon I hope.

Me gusto mucho la localización. Es una casita muy cómoda y segura. Pude visitar diferentes playas en muy corto tiempo. La casa tiene un patio muy amplio y se puede pasar un muy buen tiempo en familia. Los monos cariblacos fue el centro de atención y estar tan cerca de ellos lo convierte en una experiencia maravillosa. La casa ofreció todo lo que necesite yo y mi familia para poder disfrutar de una estancia agradable. Todo muy organizado y limpio.

This stay was a fun adventure—like camping but with the comfort of a room! It would make a great camping-style getaway for a family. The location was fantastic, just about five minutes from the beach and with eateries in both directions. A couple of things to keep in mind: there’s only a fan for cooling, and the water is cold, but after a day at the beach, it’s actually quite refreshing! Overall, a unique and enjoyable experience for those looking for a simple, nature-inspired stay. Can't recommend enough.

This place is absolute heaven! The view from the balcony is to die for and my children loved the pool. Everything was just perfect, the house is amazing and the decor is really stunning. We spent a month here and it was one of the best months of our lives. Dominicalito is out of this world - jungle and beach!!! My daughter went surfing everyday and there is local football for my son. The surrounding area means you can scuba dive, horse ride along the beach and there is a stunning waterfall 5 min walk. I ran on the beautiful beach everyday and the locals were just fabulous inviting us to the local Kareoke on the beach 🏖️ the host was so helpful and we had no problems as everything ran smoothly in the house. Security is so professional Nd checks everyone in and out. We didn’t have a car and found walking really invigorating - especially up the hill. If you love nature you couldn’t ask for more - watch the monkeys at breakfast from the balcony - thanks so much for this epic adventure ❤️

Very cool place and location. The town was adorable and everything is around the corner. Property is beautiful. Check in was different from most places I’ve stayed. We had to wait for owner to meet us w a key, after a 4ish hour drive. Lock box would have worked just fine.

Pura Vida - Great host and location. Walkable to the beach and several restaurants. Calm oasis in the back yard, where we could see Tucans, howler monkeys and an array of birds! Host is very responsive and we also appreciated having air conditioning as well as a washer / dryer. Uvita is a great place to visit with a ton of fun activities, and having the small pool onsite was really nice to escape the hot midday sun. The full kitchen is also a bonus. Modern, easy - with good WiFi and a good host. The howler moneys did wake us up in the morning, but that was actually pretty cool alarm clock - although they sounded like a sick dog!!! We stayed at 3 places, all of which said you’d see moneys, never saw any and we saw them all from the comfort of the shaded porch here.

From the moment we arrived, Greg and Lisa made us feel completely at home with their warmth and hospitality. Our first impression of Beachhouse Incognito truly took our breath away—the stunning pool, with the sound and sight of waves crashing just beyond, set the perfect tone. The bungalow was exactly what we hoped for: cool, cozy, and inviting. But the real magic happened on the porch, where we sipped our morning coffee and watched a parade of wildlife—iguanas, coatis, agoutis, hummingbirds, and so many lizards. Evenings brought more delight as we grilled our dinners by the pool and spotted bats flitting overhead. At night, thunderstorms rolled in, making everything feel even more magical. Most of our days were spent floating in the pool and simply relaxing, but we also loved exploring the local culture of Dominical. Highlights included ceviche at Fuego Brewery, outstanding chicken wings at Jolly Roger Bar, and spotting capuchin monkeys at La Parcela. We can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved this home! You are immersed in nature, with howler monkeys early in the morning, macaws, yellow throated Toucan, Mealy Amazon parrot birds and so many more everywhere. We got to see white faced monkeys in the trees right behind the house, and at the beach. The kids loved the pool and the beach is a short walk away. The beach is amazing and usually there is not another person in sight, very private. The kitchen is great too we grilled out almost every night lots of fresh fish, the grocery store is a short drive as well. So much to do and see, I would highly recommend this place.

Super cute and convenient! Thoughtful design, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed and laundry was a real bonus! Surprisingly quiet and private as well. Hosts were wonderful, patient, helpful and acommodating. Would highly recommend!

El lugar es tal cual lo ve uno en las fotografías. La atención de Magda es impecable. Muy atenta. Nos dejó ingresar un poco antes y nos brindó ayuda importante con el comercio local. Gracias Magda!!

I enjoyed this space a lot! It has a lot of character and it’s perfect for getting some good rest inside or out! The pool area is enjoyable and in general the outside area is beautiful/quiet. The bathroom is huge (shower and toilet inside) and the living room/bed area is perfect for two or even three! This is all depending on how much space you need. If you’re driving - you’ll have a parking spot for your car. We had to the pleasure of meeting Terry’s husband and he was very helpful in letting us inside the gate and with his overall friendliness. Lastly, Terry and her husband will share a ton of info with you prior to arriving. Address, Restaurants, things to do, WiFi, etc. This helped immensely.

This is a very special house. The decor just made us happy...a unique blend of modern concrete floors and counter tops and handmade rustic furniture, gorgeous art work and even a little deco thrown in. The location is brilliant, you can see the water in the distance and there are meters and meters of lush green pasture between you and the road. There is a fabulous small pool which is perfect for cooling down in (very) warm uvita. Excellent air in all the bedrooms. The main room is not AC-d, but this was fine with us. Everything cools down a lot at night. There is a small nice sandy beach in the front (not great for swimming as there are rocks farther out) and Natalia will tell you about a secret beach that is about a 15 minute walk away that is spectacular. No one was there while we were there and the beach is huge and perfect for body surfing. Wonderful pizza at Pizza Time and great meals at Aricari and Gusto (but Gusto is tricky to get to without 2x4). Loved every minute!

Wir waren absolut rundum happy und haben statt der gebuchten 3 Nächte auf 5 Nächte verlängert. Der Blick über den Dschungel und aufs Meer ist vor allem zum Sonnenuntergang atemberaubend schön. Der Pool war toll, vor allem für unsere Tochter. Insgesamt ganz toll geeignet für Familien mit Kindern. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Wir wurden morgens von den Brüllaffen geweckt und am letzten Morgen war eine ganze Affenfamilie in den Bäumen zu sehen. Und wir konnten Tucane fliegen sehen :)

Amazing place to stay. The cabins are comfortable and close to everything in Uvita. The hosts are fantastic and work hard to make sure everything is perfect!

Este lugar es MUCHO más bonito de lo que permiten las fotos. Nuestro anfitrión fue muy acogedor y la comunicación fue fácil. La unidad está justo en medio de la selva, por lo que teníamos todo tipo de transeúntes silvestres interesantes y dignos de fotos. A pesar de estar en un condominio la propiedad parecía tener la cantidad correcta de aislamiento y privacidad. ¡¡¡¡Y la playa !!!!, casi solitaria, que llegas por un sendero que interiorizas tranquilidad para relajarte, fui con mi bebe de 4 meses y fue muy fácil el acceso del coche de bebe a la playa, encontraras mucha sombra debajo de los exuberantes árboles, que ayudaron a mantener fresca y un buen descanso de mi bebe. Hay muchos restaurantes en la zona, y si no quieres salir pasas por un supermercado y compras para preparar tus comidas, la cocina está completamente equipada, o puedes caminando por la playa a Villa Eleonor un restaurante local, llega con tiempo porque tarda un poco de tiempo en servir la comida, Volveremos pronto

The view from this villa is incredible. Looking out from the patio, you can see all the way to the ocean. Our concierge, Oscar, was incredibly responsive and kindly worked with us to check in when we arrived later than expected. He also left us some delicious mango and watermelon! The location listed is slightly inaccurate to where the villa actually is, but it still provided easy access to the main Dominical area. Also, definitely bring 4 wheel drive as the hosts suggest, as it's a steep climb to the house. We would definitely rent from this group again!

Super nette Leute, die uns viele Ideen mitgegeben haben für den weiteren Aufenthalt in Costa Rica. Schöne Lage! Nur paar Minuten zum Strand. Man muss nur etwas Moskito Spray mitnehmen. Draußen zu kochen war wunderschön. Alles war sehr sauber.

We loved this place! It’s way better than the photos! The plants are beautiful! The pool is lovely and deep. We loved the space! Bathroom is great. We liked where it was downtown Dominical. Easily walkable. We highly recommend this spot! (Busy roads don’t bother us.)

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in deze woning! Na een dag de omgeving ontdekken voelde het echt als thuiskomen. Het bed lag heerlijk, de keuken was mooi en volledig uitgerust, perfect om zelf iets lekkers te maken. De koude douche was even wennen, maar uiteindelijk juist verfrissend. De woonkamer is uitgerust met een heerlijke bank en grote smart tv. Wat we ook erg waardeerden was dat we in overleg eerder mochten inchecken, dat maakte onze aankomst extra relaxed. Het contact met de host verliep prettig en soepel, daar waren we echt blij mee. Een klein aandachtspuntje: het huisje was hier en daar wat stoffig en we vonden wat insectenlijken in de badkamer en woonkamer. Geen groot probleem, maar wel iets om op te letten voor volgende gasten. De woning ligt aan een doorgaande weg, maar daar heb je tijdens je verblijf totaal geen last van. Al met al een heerlijke plek waar we ons snel thuis voelden. Niet twijfelen, dikke aanrader! Dank voor de fijne ontvangst!

We spent 8 days here. the AC was a saviour for this Canadian and the outdoor shower in the moonlight is a must. It had everything we needed. Thank you Guy and team!
