This was the most amazing place that I have ever booked & stayed through Abnb, and I've been using Abnb for quite a while. As soon as we entered, we felt right at home. Everything was just as described, furnitures & cooking utensils squeaky clean, bedrooms done perfect. We stayed for a week, and just loved the place. My mom & son didn't want to leave. The place is minutes away from some of the lovely beaches in South goa like Palolem, Patnem, Talpona etc. It is very well maintained by the caretaker Diljit, who is super helpful and humble. DJ helped us with a seamless checkin, was always there when we needed him however also knew to give us our family space to settle in & have a true homely experience.Our pet lhasa, coco loved him & waited for him to come and take him for a walk. The place is done up elegantly, Vishal has a great taste for interiors which perfectly matched our expectations. Don't think twice to book it, you won't regret for sure. We can't wait to come back.Thanks.

Very beautiful, clean house, will many antique pieces used for home decor. Carmine makes sure to message you well in advance with the details of the place. Dr. Cajy and his family hosted us, and they're wonderful people. Overall, we had a lovely experience.

Very nice house with spacious space, garden, terrace - we felt comfortable from the beginning. As described, one bedroom AC, the second room (equally large and also with a beautiful double bed and insect protection net) has a well-functioning ceiling fan. Those looking for peace and relaxation are in good hands here. If you like animals, even more. We found the gentle, unobtrusive company of cat, dog and also once cows in the garden to be enriching. Sneha was very easily accessible from the beginning and proactively helped us with taxi transfers (Uber does not work here) from/to the airport. On site, Pavi was very friendly and supportive for everything (harder mattress, candles, contact with moped rental including delivery ..). The Palolem and Patnem beaches can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. Very great restaurants in the immediate vicinity overlooking the sea! We can highly recommend this accommodation.

The place was beautiful, with pool and it was completely private with parking. It was same as described in the photos. All the kitchen appliances were available , you can cook or order anything everything is available there. The property is very neat and clean including pool , garden. It looks beautiful in the evening with all the Bungalow lights on. Also the owner is easily reachable for all the help required and is very friendly. I would highly recommend this place for a family or a couple, no need to search for any other places.

Galgibaga Beach is stunning with very soft sand and a lifeguard present all day. The clean beach is a turtle nesting site, where you might spot Olive Ridley turtles in Jan - Feb. Cozy Patrix House lives up to its name—it's comfortable and well-equipped. Mr. Heracles provides all necessary details in a diary. The owners, Mr. Heracles and Mrs. Liza, are friendly and always available. Amenities include a washing machine, gas stove, utensils, refrigerator, TV, ACs, and high-speed fans. They also provide beach mats, hats, frisbee, and an umbrella. The house is clean, well-lit, and has high-speed internet. Essentials like tea, coffee, and detergent are already available. They even provided a baby chair for our toddler. There is a clothes hanging area on the terrace, though caution is needed as it has no walls. Mr. Heracles helped us hire a cook, and the service was excellent. Overall, our experience was lovely, and we highly recommend Cozy Patrix House. We look forward to visiting again!

Newly built, well maintained, simple and elegant home, with greenery around. Gives a homely feeling! Location is also peaceful and yet accessible for Gokarna sightseeing. Highly recommended and value for money for a family or a small group upto 5 people. Mr. Harish is very humble, responsive and nice host.

We had a great stay in Palolem Plaza! Our host was very responsive, helpful and proactive in her communication. The apartment was nice and we appreciated that it came with a wash machine, two desks with a comfortable office chair and two separate rooms.

We had a wonderful stay during our time in Goa! The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was perfect — close to the beach, cafes, and local attractions, yet peaceful and relaxing. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making check-in and check-out very smooth. The room was cozy, had all the basic amenities, and the vibe of the place really added to our vacation experience. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone visiting Goa who wants a comfortable and memorable trip!

This place is disguting. Over priced and definitely not worth it. You can literally hear people hooking up from the other room as the division in only a fly wood. The place itself is very dusty and smelly, outside of it is literally a slum, and you can't have proper rest due to multiple constructions going on. I saw rat poops in the cabinets, broken lamps, molded and old overused utensils and fornitures. They even use two single beds to make a king size bed.

Great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, and the host was friendly and responsive. Loved the quiet neighborhood. Nice little touches like fresh towels, water, and toiletries made it feel welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth, comfortable stay.

Had a great stay

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Agonda2. Both Socorina and Clem are amazing hosts who were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The accommodation was just as described. Easier to rent a scooter so you can get to Agonda and beach. You could walk it but it might take around 20mins or more in the heat! The area is peaceful and beautiful. Highly recommend this place if you are wanting to relax and stay a little away from the centre of town. We will definitely be back!!

Serenity Suite is a cozy home nestled within the rustic interiors of the countryside and is in close proximity to NH66. The suite is extremely well designed exuding elegance despite its simplicity. The general decor and furnishings tastefully complement each other. The french windows naturally illuminate the rooms and give easy access to the porch overlooking a mini garden. The rooms are spacious and well endowed with all necessities namely inverter tv, wifi, ac, washing machine, blender, induction and a continuous and uninterrupted supply of filtered drinking water. The living room has a sofa cum bed allowing you to lounge in fronta the tv at whim. An important factor to consider would be the ample parking space available if you have your own wheels to travel. And last but most definitely not the least would be the approachable, hospitable and welcoming nature of the host, Vikrant. Vikrant is extremely affable and always with a warm smile. All in all an absolutely fantastic stay.

The unit is a great base for exploring Palolem, around 15 minutes walk from the beach and less than 5 minutes from a great little restaurant- Green Leaf. The unit is very clean and comfortable, and the caretaker - Vinay - is friendly and communicative. We love both North and South Goa, and for exploring the latter this is a lovely place to stay.

Surroundings were excellent and flat was well maintained, you will get up in morning with forest views at one side and green farms at other. Good location if you want to cover most of locations in South Goa.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was super spacious, spotlessly clean, and just had a really nice, cozy vibe. One of the best parts? The backyard was full of cashew trees, and every morning, we could smell the sweet, nutty fragrance of ripe cashews right from the balcony...such a unique little touch! Shivraj and Yashoda were the best hosts. They were so kind, humble, and always quick to help. They made everything easy, from sorting out a scooter rental to giving us great local recommendations. We stayed for a week, and honestly, it was better than perfect. Now I know exactly where I’m staying every time I come to Agonda. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home, this is it!

I’ve had a wonderful stay at Judy’s place. The apartment is located in a relatively quiet and lush area, with a beautiful view. Town and beach are walkable, but around the house it’s not as busy as in the town, which is great if you’re looking for a quiet home, but close to the action. Judy is a great host, very communicative and sending many tips for activities to do in the area. All in all a great place to stay, highly recommended!
