fantastic villa. very spacious. everything very fully equipped. modern kitchen etc etc. The only thing you have to keep in mind as a tenant is that you can actually only leave the property by car because you are right on the road. So a walk from home is not really possible or you can walk on a highway.

Our stay was a very good one. David was great at communication and kept us informed. The area is incredibly private so a car is a must but the villa is great for sunbathing. The lounge and kitchen is very spacious. Lots of cool lighting has been installed in the rooms. It looks very modern!

Have to say this is the most lovely, charming and unique Airbnb that we have visited. In the beautiful countryside just outside of the charming town of Carmona, it has an easy ten minute drive into the Old Town with Sevilla only half an hour away. Harriette and family exceeded all of our expectations with their guest house and attention to the details. From the private setting of the guest house with its winding path through the arbor and the trees, to the openness of the pool area, lush well designed landscaping provides the perfect amount of seclusion with the ability to be social at a moments notice. Upon our arrival, Harriette was very thoughtful to have the makings of a meal in our fridge after our long journey. We also took them up on their invitation and thoroughly enjoyed conversation on their patio along with a beverage or two. ;) By the time we left, we felt like we were leaving old friends. Hope to return soon!

The property was amazing, especially for kids. Fantastic amenities, incredible bedrooms. Only thing is if you want privacy from any kids while in the bathroom you have to go to the one by the pool ; ). Would absolutely stay here again in Sevilla!

This is a new airbnb house, and the location is little different than other Airbnb. This area is like a real local area, so you can find some local restaruants very easily. Specially, the owner is very helpful. We had a key issue due to our fault, which was that we left our key inside and the door was looked. The owner helped me to solve it very quickly and never experienced any difficulty during our stays. The price is so worth to stay. The rooftop is really great

We loved our stay! Veronica was very responsive and accommodating. She allowed us to leave our bags after checkout time which was helpful for our travel day. Located less than 5 minutes from a bus stop.

A beautiful and comfortable house

Pilar and her team were great. Very easy to contact and always available to help and offer suggestions and recommendations. The location is amazing. It was a great choice.

This place looks even better in person than in the photos. The house is clean and modern. Everything you need is provided and is functional. The scenery is spectacular. Just sitting by the pool with a glass of wine, watching birds and paragliders fly by overhead - it's easy to lose many hours :) The table tennis table is not usable due to water damage, but that did not affect me as I was alone. Beautiful walks nearby up local hills, including to the megalithic dolmen, and on up to the Cima de las Grajas. There are plenty shops in El Gastor to stock up on food and wine. Our hosts were very kind people, attentive at all times to our comfort and their accommodation was even better than what you see in the photos, impeccable in terms of cleanliness and with everything you need to spend a few days and disconnect. Very comfortable beds, very well equipped kitchen with appliances and kitchenware, impeccable bathroom and toilet, more than enough white clothes for all days of our stay, air conditioning in all rooms and a dream terrace for a refreshment at the end of the day and relax watching the sky of this beautiful land. We loved Casa Rita so much we booked an extra night within minutes. A very well equipped apartment, really comfortable and with a lovely terrace with sensational views of the town and surrounding landscape. Hazel was fantastic to deal with and we loved the town. It’s an easy walk to the main square with plenty of restaurants & shops. Easy driving (half an hour or less to Ronda, Sentenil and other nearby attractions. Would love to come back.

What a lovely place and wonderful stay! The scenery and views from the place were gorgeous! Breakfast on the balcony was the perfect way to start the day. We chose it for the location and walkability and found it to be much more because of its homelike atmosphere. Highly recommend staying at Blas’s place here in this quiet, quaint village. And absolutely recommend eating at Al Lago!

Had a great couple of nights. Accommodation was exactly as described. Very quirky(we loved it) and authentic with everything we needed. The bikes were great and an excellent way to get around the city. Otherwise it would be a good 30/45 min walk in. We used them both days and at night as lights are provided. Manual was welcoming with great recommendations, even providing a tyre inflation kit if required. Would not hesitate to recommend if you want an immersive experience in a local neighbourhood but with easy access to the city.

The listing description is the same as the listing , clean , perfectly equipped kitchen, equipped and clean bathrooms, the perfect rooms comfortable beds, the outside with many things to do, table Ping-pong , basketball , clean pool… very quiet and pleasant. The relationship with the owner, Elisa, great , very friendly . I recommend it 100%.

You could not ask for a better location! Daniel’s apartment is absolutely beautiful with a unique Seville design. You can tell each piece of furniture and art were thoughtfully chosen and really add to the ambiance. It’s only steps away from the Cathedral and Alcazar as well. I could actually hear the Alcazar garden peacocks from the rooftop terraces. Daniel kindly left us a bottle of wine to welcome us and provided recommendations for many restaurants nearby (although you do have your choice of cafés just out the door). Isabel met us to show us around and give some quick instructions for the place. The beds/pillows in each bedroom were comfortable and each bedroom has its own bathroom. A large fan was provided in the main bedroom which helped to drown out most of the outside noise of cars and horse hooves going by. There are two nice terraces, one perfect for coffee in the mornings or wine in the evenings and a second perfect for viewing the cathedral or a sunset. I highly recommend!

Almudena's house is a pricey, you can tell that he likes the decor. The beds are comfortable and we didn't lack anything. The arrival was flexible and the communication was very smooth, very kind. There is a castle with beautiful gardens next door and walking you can get to the reservoir where you can follow a pretty nice path. Now, it is true that the house is inside the village on a street where the cars pass, there was some noise at night but because it was holy week with processions. The only downside is that it is not the ideal house with a small 20 month old that touches everything and there are many things a little fragile. There is also a beautiful terrace with hammock but no guardrail facing the patio. In short, nothing that can't be fixed but traveling with baby is okay to take it into account. We had a very enjoyable stay. It was not so easy to find, but with the information of the hostess, who was always super accessible by phone, it was possible. The house was idyllic and very aesthetically decorated. Everything was spotlessly clean and cozy. Breakfast was included in our booking and was brought to the house in the morning, very tasty, varied and nutritious. Without a fireplace it was a bit cool, we got a fan heater on request. The location itself is very nice, beautiful view of the mountains and the lake, but the road in front of the house can be disturbing (only a little traffic). We were able to see the sunrise. You can really relax, whether on the terrace or by the fireplace. Bed also very cozy and as I said, very helpful friendly hostess. There was even a crib for our baby.

Ana was a very friendly and warm host. We immediately felt comfortable. We could arrive early and already enter the pool and we were also allowed to check-out later. The kitchen was well equipped and she left breakfast and cooking supplies. She even hosted a wine tasting in the bodega inside the house for us. She responded quickly and showed us around the property with all the cute animals. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend coming here.
