A cottage right by the Orava dam with a unique sauna is part of Slovak cultural heritage and thus protected. Fishing, swimming, boating, horse riding, hiking or just relaxing under the trees with the view of "Birds island" with more than 2000 birds or "Slanica island" with a gallery on it. Two apartments, a modern bathroom, and a big living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The house is 150+years old - it is cozy, freshly reconstructed, and well-maintained & equipped. No TV, fast internet.

There are 5 Icelandic cottages in the Settlement. Each cottage has a patio with a seating area and a barbecue. Cottages are fully equipped, including separate access to wifi, making it easy to connect with remote work. Each cottage has a spacious living room with a fireplace and a mezzanine, from which you can admire the panorama of the mountains during the day, while at night the sky full of stars. An additional advantage is the exterior, a year-round wood-burning mine.

We give you a year-round home where you and your loved ones can enjoy the charms of the apartment in the middle of nature. The home is only available to you (we don't rent rooms individually). The possibility of organizing extra beds over 9 people (max. 5) for the price of 40 zł each. It is also possible to rent a cottage for birthdays, holidays, etc .
